The convenience of the location. How quiet the place was. The lovely restaurant at the rooftop and the excellent service we got when we dined there.

Booked a room with a bay view but got one with a road view. True, if you craned your neck and looked to one side, you could get a glimpse of the bay but the window itself is a tiny one. This was a big disappointment. Surprised that the management had not noticed this. The hotel actually does not have a side that directly faces the bay. However, rooms on one side of it possibly have a view of the bay because the sea curves into that side. Our room was unfortunately the first one (from the road side) in that line - it should not be passed off as bay-view.

Amazing staff, helpful, smiling, very good listeners. The room was clean and large with a really comfy bed. They perfectly accomadated to our special request, I can’t thank them enough for that ! The rooftop bar and restaurant was fire !

Nothing, would be lovely to go back there !

The room was almost absolutely quiet. The only noise, albeit minor, was produced in the mornings by something that probably was a dustcart or another big vehicle. The staff was wonderfully helpful and efficient. The hotel is very elegant. The beach club is elegant as well and has a very good restaurant, however there were communication problems, as their English is not sufficient.

Cleaning ladies should not put guests' belongings, such as clothes, on a suitcase lid, which for obvious reasons has contact with dirty surfaces during the trip. I would appreciate softer pillows. However, I didn't ask whether they were available on request.

The breakfast offered was delightful, with a wide range of high-quality options that catered to every taste. Overall, Palazzo Tirso MGallery exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a perfect choice for anyone looking for a blend of comfort, elegance, and top-notch service in Cagliari. I can't wait to return!

Excellent facilities, coherent to a 5-star hotel. Very good location.

In my opinion, spa services (sauna, steam bath) should not be of extra charge. Even lower-ranked hotels offer them as a contemporary service. Furthermore, I think that breakfast should start earlier.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a short walk to the main tourist area of Cagliari, which made it super convenient for sightseeing and dining out. We walked everywhere during our trip and loved being so close to everything. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish and trendy, and we were greeted by a lovely fresh scent every time we walked in, which added a nice touch. As well the breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a wide selection. There is a small pool on the rooftop as well - plus gym and spa. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cagliari!

It was all perfect!

The staff on the reception gave us a very warm welcome and were really friendly. The valet service was really efficient and we appreciated their help .

When our friends arrived they experienced an unfriendly atmosphere in the roof top restaurant. Everything seemed like too much trouble as it was a walk in booking There were 6 of us but only 4 people eating . It took 20 minutes before their wine was served . They did report it to reception so the hotel was aware .

Beautiful & modern & could walk everywhere. Lovely views of marina.

We were charged €50 per person & we only used the steam & sauna. For literally 40mins. They weren’t clear about this charge & it was only after using that they produced a piece of paper to sign that said €50each. I feel it’s completely overpriced & we were guests of hotel. Also less than an hour of use?

Fortunately, the next day, the manager responded positively to my request and my new room was almost perfectly quiet and very comfortable (also much brighter that the previous one). The design of the hotel is very elegant and user-friendly. The staff is generally polite. Wonderful beach club (one of the members of the club's staff was extremely helpful and well-mannered; unfortunately I don't remember the name of this young man).

A noisy room during the first night due to a loud music coming from the marina. It was a room on the first floor, near to the lobby, and with the view of the bay. I was given this room although I had asked for a quiet room at the stage of booking. Squeaking trolleys in the corridors.

We enjoy the staff. The location is really convenient and the inside of the hotel was beautifull.

Some of the breakfast staff were not very helpful. Sometimes, guests from other countries have different requests, that should be seen as a challenge, not a reason to pull a bored face. Come on, this is a 5-star hotel, and hospitality is all about the guests. Bread and go for it! (This didn’t happen to me personally, but to friends.) That said, the majority of the staff are truly 5 stars.
