The property was absolutely spotless, cleaned every day. The location was good, in a quiet pocket but near the main road where you can get buses to all the beaches and a short 10 min walk to all the restaurants etc. The host was kind and available to answer any questions if needed. It was great to have the washing machine on my bedroom balcony. I booked the bedroom with external bathroom - it was just across the corridor, and fine! AC worked great, spacious room.

The only thing to be aware of is that you can hear footsteps of neighbours upstairs quite clearly. It wasn’t often though.

The host, Eleonora, was welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. She clearly explained the facilities and ensured we knew that she was available in case we needed anything. She also suggested a variety of places in the city for food and aperitivo on request, we tried 3 of them and they were all incredible! The room was comfortable and well setup. There was a kitchen at our disposal, with all the appliances. She was also accommodating for baggage storage, since our flight was later than checkout. The location is just outside the city center, so close enough for nice food places to be 5 minutes away by walk, but far enough for it to be quiet. If I ever visit Cagliari again, I'd stay here again.

The property is really close to the City Centre of Cagliari. You will have to walk 2 Minutes to get to the Port and roughly 8 Minutes to get to the city Centre. For us without a car and not wanting to hop on a bus every day it was the perfect walking distance! It was VERY clean and very comfortable! The Host Eleonoora was so welcoming and showed us on a map what we could visit in Cagliari and was always there for us through Booking Messages!

The WLAN is very good in the common area where all the guests of the property can go chill/relax/ get their products in the refrigerador. But in our room it was awful! We only had 1-2 stripes and were kicked out every now and then. For deeper Googling we needed to go to the commom area instead of being able to chill and watch reel at night in the comfy bed. Just extend the Wlan Router Eleonoora!

Very clean and had a comfortable stay. The host contacted me via whatsapp and confirmed my stay right away as I had booked last minute and she met me 20 minutes later which was really great. They had a fridge and a kitchen. Near the marina and can easily walk to the centre and see the sights. There's three rooms in total there, and I stayed in the room that included the batbroom, so I did not have to share.

The beds weren't the comfiest. It's not a con but I bought a bottle of wine and couldn't open it there. So may be nice to add a wine opener for future guests!

I was welcomed by the host in such a lovely and friendly way. The place is great and very clean and Eleonore was very helpful. I received useful tips about the city and a map onto which she wrote her tips. There was coffee and tea and traditional cookies as well as a fridge, a stove and a microwave that could be used. I very much enjoyed my stay.

The host was amazing. The location was perfect for exploring the city or taking a tour to area beaches. There’s room was spotless and comfortable. I would stay again.

Good location and complimentary coffee, biscuits, etc. are offered. The hostess was nice and friendly. Comfortable and clean rooms/bathrooms.

The walls and ceilings in this B&B are paper thin. We could hear everything our neighbours in the next room were saying (although they were respectful and not being loud at all, they were just talking normally). The neighbours above us were a bit loud and had construction going on in the early hours of the morning and it made it very hard to sleep. Of course this is not the host's fault but just a warning to everyone that most sound above and next to the room can be always be heard.

Very kind host, the accomodation is near to the bus stop and to the center. We had a fridge and the kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds,

Valentina is a star - Super helpful, explained how to get to town, which bus to take, restaurants and “must see”. Property is good. Shared kitchen with a fridge. It is close to supermarket. Room was cleaned, bed comfortable

I did not read well the description and I thought it was the whole apartment in the picture.. It was only a tiny room in an apartment I had to share with other 4 guests so beware. Kind of a fine hostel. Beds and linen were very uncomfortable. Only one blanket for two and the sheets kept on coming off the mattress because they were too small.
