The property is it a really nice position 5 min walk from the centre and the Main Street with the restaurants, room was really clean and quite modern

We had a little problem checking in because the door was not working but the staff have answered me really fast and solved the problem. Also they forgot the hygienic paper but that wasn’t a big problem. Mostly what I didn’t like is the long online procedure I think they should make it less time spending

The room was nice, spacious, very clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the air condition worked well and there was also a mimi fridge in the room. The room was cleaned every day. The location is perfect, very close to plenty of restaurants and bars as well as main attractions of Cagliari, the train station is only a few minutes walk away - perfect location for exploring the city or making day trips within the region. Also there are many parking spaces available around the property - it was very easy to find a spot every day (the cost is 0,50 € any you only pay the parking fee on working days from 9:00 to 20:00, otherwise it's free of charge). The breakfast was served in a nearby bar (2 minutes walk from the property, classical Italian breakfast, coffee, brioche and juice, which was perfect for us) with very welcoming and friendly staff. There is no problem with a late check-in - we arrived around 21:30 - you get all the instructions sent to your phone and you can easily enter the property and do a self check-in. They even called me before our trip to make sure everything was clear. Very good value for the money!

Location, clear instructions, cleanliness level, spacious room.

You can hear a lot from hallway, and even more from floor above. For two mornings this noise would wake me up at 7.30ish.

Very comfortable bed, spacious and modern bathroom. Communication with owners good and fast. Perfectly close located to important places - between train/ main bus station and restaurant/shopping area.

Breakfast in external Café (which is close) is super small. Only one croissant, a coffee and a juice. That is not really a full breakfast.

Fantastic location. Room was nice and cool, spacious and good to have a fridge and kettle.

Keys were a bit fiddly. Liked going to the cafe for breakfast but limited food choice and not as much as you might get at a buffet style hotel.

Everything was perfect with its perfect location,bed comfort,room and bathroom cleanliness and perfect smeel.

I was too shy to invite the pretty cleaning lady for a coffee or date :-) Missing info on web that in fact you can do anytime late check-in ... If knew that during booking I would avoid one night at the ariport the day before ...

We were looking for a place close to the airport and the city center. We found what we were looking for. Our plane was delayed, so we arrived at 2 in the morning and we were still warmly welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. The host is nice!

The breakfast (which was marked as fantastic) took place in a coffee bar nearby. They allowed us to have only croissant and coffee / juice. I would appreciate the possibility of savory breakfast, as I cannot eat so much sweet. But otherwise ok.

After you've explored the area, you will find that it's perfectly located for the site, transport links, restaurants and shopping.

Outside of the building left a lot to be desired, but once you get inside it's just fine.
