Location is excellent, just a few minutes from the main station. Lots of restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk. Rapid replies and concise entry instructions from Alice. Spacious room with good facilities.

Probably the traffic noise. Sardinian motorcyclists obviously love revving. Dark stairs. Maybe I missed the light switches.

The location is really convenient, 5-10 min walking distance from the city center. The room was super clean and comfortable. The AC was working very well ... which was really appreciable with 35°C+ temperature outside ...

The coffee machine was not working and there were basic things missing in the kitchen like plates. One recommendation: you should provide a list of nice places to go for a breakfast in the neighborhood and also nice restaurants.

Great location. Walking distance from station with connection to airport. Lots of attraction in walking distance also.

Troubles with internet and WiFi

Clean and nice rooms. Good facilities. The interiors are very nice. No complaints.

Beware. The Location is not nice. The entire street is a massive construction site with shabby roads. Very difficult to carry a huge luggage around when walking. Not possible for parking, either.

It is close to the train station and to the city center. We arrived earlier than check in time but the host let us leave the luggage earlier.

Very thin wall so I can hear the next room.

Great location, a walking distance from Cagliari's main touristic spots, restaurants and shops, but still in a relativelly quiet neighborhood. Facilities are awesome. We loved the spacious bathroom with jacuzzi!

Finding a parking slot on the Viale Triste (street) might be a big challenge - and it is paid. You can park your car in the Metropark Parcheggio (600m away) if you don't find a place, but it is a bit more expensive.

It was really nice stay! The room was clean, everything what we needed. ( coffee. Water, shower gel, towels)near the city centre and the railway station. I highly recommend this place for stay.

Nice and quiet room, has a few kitchen appliances and everything was very clean. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

There are no towel racks.
