Lovely friendly and helpful hosts who meet us at Piazza to indicate public free safe car parking choices and to give keys for building gate entry. It is like a B & B within a 3 bedroom apartment but without the breakfast which works for us. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk/biscuits/small cakes supplied. Fridge with 3 shelves marked for each of the rooms. Cold water supplied in fridge but tap water drinkable too. Public parking in piazza to the side of the apartment building easy despite being Sunday night late June. However, carpark overflowing by early Monday morning! Main avenue of restaurants/bars an easy 300m walk away. Aircon worked well. Small enclosed verandah nice add on. Ensuite small but well designed and plenty of hot water. €20 cash charge on arrival for linen/towels for 2 of us, plus €6 for city/tourist tax (€3per person per night). We knew before arrival so had it monies ready.

Lovely stay but less ornamental decorations might make room feel less cramped. All Cagliari Accom prices are steep if you want to stay in the city with parking, aircon and walking distance to restaurants/cafes/bars.

Room was located near many shops and restaurants but was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable and host was very helpful with check-in. Highly recommend.

The room was comfortable with plenty of storage space and effective air-conditioning. The location is a short walk from the tourist centre and as the building is set back from the road, rather quiet.

Nothing to complain about.

The hostess was so helpful and understanding.
