This hotel is located in a verdant, upscale part of town, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. It has the feel of an elegant old-fashioned home. The rooms are spotless, some with balconies, and there is also a shared terrace. Breakfast and other meals are served in a lush garden or in a glass-walled veranda filled with plants that seem a hundred years old, creating a timeless atmosphere. The prices are competitive, and the service is warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Nicola and the kitchen staff for their generous hospitality.

I absolutely loved this place. The area with its excellent public transport and leafy streets filled with flowers, the spacious villa with its murals, my comfortable room with its sparkling clean bathroom and sunny terrace, the elegant common areas filled with antiques and books, the delicoius breakfast with homemade bread and jams, the tasty dinners at the restaurant - but most of all, the wonderful staff who made me feel so welcome and at home. Beautiful place, beautiful people. Thank you!

Our room was excellent. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was very good and there was no traffic noise. The location was good both for walking to the city centre and for taxi to the airport.

The restaurant and kitchen staff appeared not to know about the table (for 10 people) we had booked for dinner. As a result, the meal was disappointing. The breakfast choices were limited and the eggs didn’t come until after I had left the dining room.

This bed and breakfast was very enjoyable for our family of four. The rooms were spacious, the staff was very helpful and kind, parking was very accessible, there were many amenities such as beach umbrellas and the breakfasts were very tasty. We would definitely recommend!

We had a small issue in one of our washrooms, but the staff did their best to fix the problem.

Everything! This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in, so unique, rooms all different and so nicely decorated, really fresh lots of lounge areas. Staff amazing, so helpful. Breakfast just perfect. I really would have liked to stay longer!

Nothing I didnt like. The only reason to leave is we needed a place near the sea and with a pool, due to the heat

We liked to be in a lush neighbourhood. It was a villa style hotel and therefor felt immediately as a ‘home’. Nice rooms. We had a balkon and that was extremely relaxed to have.

Breakfast was ok bit some items (cheese, eggs) were missing and therefor, even thought it was nice, it felt a bit ‘poor’.

Historic building with mix of historic and are rustic contemporary restyling. We were on 3rd floor and had an unexpected large terrace that overlooks yard and other beautiful old homes. I had previously stayed in the historic center and I liked that this was quiet and yet a short walk in. Safe and elegant neighborhood. Kind and gracious staff with flexible check in and check out. Very affordable.

Elevator is very slow, handle for towel fell Off. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. We did not eat here as there was an event that evening and the following morning we had to leave early

Although the room was on the top floor, there was an elevator, however quite slow. The room itself was well-appointed. It had a balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the city towards the harbor. Breakfast was ample and the restaurant was excellent. Many locals came to enjoy an evening there. Children were especially keen for the play area inside the restaurant replete with toys in an older refrigerator with the door removed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking could be an issue. However, upon arrival I found a space directly in front of the hotel. Upon return from excursions and cocktails in the evening, parking was much farther up the street.

The hotel is a mere 10 min walk from the centre of Cagliari; it's a lovely accommodation in a beautiful Italian villa. Staff were welcoming, and the room was spacious with a cute balcony.

Breakfast was a bit monotonous; it would take little to make it better, for example offering fresh Italian bakery products and a bit more fresh fruit.

It was clean, quiet, had working AC for the summer heat and was only a 15 minute walk into the historic center.

It’s far from the beaches. But you are able to get the bus easily from the hotel.
