Lovely comfortable rooms , beautiful breakfast, wonderful hosts. Great value for money especially as our Australian dollar is so weak against the Euro we pay double what the Euro price is

this is not a negative about the property itself. As we didn’t have a rental car we found it really hard to get around and we had to get taxis to the beach . Even though we walked to a coffee shop 20 minutes away we still loved staying here. The accommodation was lovely so fresh and comfortable we recommend here especially if you have a rental car.

The self-check-in process made our arrival hassle-free. The location is convenient, being not too far from the city center, and we thoroughly enjoyed the walk into town, which allowed us to explore the local surroundings. The breakfast offered a good variety of savory and sweet options, catering to different tastes, and the availability of coffee at any time of the day was a delightful perk. Parking was not an issue as there was free parking available right in front of the building, which is always a plus when traveling by car. The room was comfortable, with a bed and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. However, the shower was a bit narrow, which might be a consideration for some guests.

The place was generally clean, but we did encounter some ants on the floor at one point. Additionally, when we first arrived, the room didn’t smell very fresh, but opening the window quickly improved the situation.

We really liked the host at La Nue Rooms; she was an extremely pleasant and kind lady. Similarly, we were impressed by the breakfast included in the price - fresh pastries, croissants, toast, yogurt, juices, cappuccinos, and more. They had a very nice self-service kitchen in the morning and a terrace where you could enjoy breakfast. The room was a simple bed and breakfast, everything was straightforward and charming.

Not that we didn't like it, but during our stay in Sardinia at the end of August, it was very hot outside, and it seemed like the air conditioner in the room might have been low on refrigerant because it took a bit longer to cool down. But it was okay.

Free parking in the street, but during the working hours very hard to find a parking spot Clean and modern equipped bathroom, but shower extremely small and narrow to enter.

Nue rooms is very clean and comfortable place to stay . It is a little way out from the centre of Cagliari but there is a regular bus service with a stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and Manuela deserves special praise for responding to requests and helping to organise things for guests even when away from the hotel.

all was good

Location: Quiet residential area with no restaurants/cafes, etc. Nice location if you need to be close to the engineering campus. Otherwise it's a downhill walk or 10-15min bus ride to the center. Organized: well organized and efficient check-in/out, need to anticipate that much of it is automatic. Room: Very spacious and clean room. Super small shower, otherwise all good. Breakfast: nice outdoor veranda to enjoy breakfast on.

Not much I did not like, but breakfast was very bread-based and could have included more fresh options. And starting at 8 was a bit restrictive, it should be possible to have breakfast earlier. Also, it was not cheap - value for money is just ok.

Room was comfortable with good facilities. Keyless check in with clear instructions. Kitchen room nearby to make tea & coffee. You can walk to the centre from this B&B.

When taking a shower the whole bathroom floor flooded, even with the shower head pointing towards the wall. This made it unsafe when stepping out of the shower onto the very wet floor.

The rooms were beautiful had everything you could need in there and although yea and coffee facilities were not in the room there was a shared kitchen area where you could help yourselves to tea and coffee and sit out on the beautiful rooftop garden

Nothing loved it

Although the breakfast was self-service, there was a good choice of food with an egg boiler and sandwich maker to enable us to prepare more interesting food. The kitchen was also equipped and available for snack preparation during the day with tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit. A large pleasant shared terrace gave a glimpse of the sea. A staff member came every morning to prepare coffees and check all was OK - and she was a useful source of tips about the city. The location was quiet and there was plenty of safe easy parking in the street outside.

The apartments are situated in a neighbourhood without shops and restaurants so it's a brisk walk to the sights of the city and any cafe/s restaurants. The nearest restaurant was just under 2km and we ended up walking 2.6km to find one we liked.

There aren't anything that I didn't like. First of all everything is as on photos and in description. You get, what you see. Second, the whole stuff are so nice, kind and friendly. Big plus for giving us a parasol during a stay. Third, it's perfect for exploring Cagliari on foot, because you are going always downhill and city bus is really convenient for return :)
