I have been living in Europe for more than three years now and I travel frequently with my husband. We have rented numerous accommodations and we liked many of them. However, this one was a bit special. The accommodation was super with big, neat and clean rooms with all modern facilities available. And a cherry on top was the access to the terrace, which is private. However, what we loved the most was the amazing hostess. She is so caring, helpful and always accessible. Every morning (we were there for six nights), she served us breakfast herself with her homemade delicious cakes and that too a new type every day. There were other usual options for breakfast as well, such as bread, butter, milk etc. I must say so far this was our best experience, particularly because of the way we were treated. I strongly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Cagliari.

Ada is an excellent host, very attentive to detail, and responsive to any needs. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the bathroom has a wonderful shower. The location is convenient and street parking is available. Ada offers a varied and yummy breakfast, both sweet and salty and takes pride in including Sardinian specialties. What we appreciated the most are all the recommendations that she gave us, both in Cagliari and around that made our experience in the area much better. We had a great time at her place and recommend it unreservedly.

It was great stay here. Ada is veeeeery nice person, she prepared every morning great croissants and fabulous cakes and special for my boyfriend (as he has lactose problem) was great that she prepared something for him. Breakfast was really good and a lot of things what to eat. Also she gave us tips for trips around Cagliari. Position of flat is very good and simple by walk to get into the old city center.Room was very clean and very silent. If I will be there again I will book Ada accomodation. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! The location is unbeatable — there’s a fruit shop right downstairs where I bought some delicious fruit for just a few euros. It’s only a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and right across the street is a fantastic restaurant rated 4.8. The airport is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. Ada is a very friendly and professional host. The apartment is bright, cozy, and beautifully arranged, with great air conditioning. I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone!

Breakfast was fresh every morning and even included a very high quality Italian coffee. The room was well-decorated, spacious and bright and the bathroom was very new and nice. I really liked that there was a nook with a desk for working in the room. The apartment location was great - just a few minutes walk from the bus that frequently runs to old town Cagliari and there are spaces for free parking right in front of the building.

The noise from the breakfast room is a little loud in the morning. I would have preferred the bed to be softer.

Ada is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, responsive, and full of valuable tips. The rooms are very beautiful and clean, and the dining area is pleasant, well-decorated, and well-lit, with soft ambient music playing. Breakfast is excellent, the homemade dessert is heavenly, and the coffee is also outstanding. A bonus is the private terrace on the rooftop with a stunning view. If we ever return to Cagliari, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

The host, Ada. She was in touch via Whatsapp before our arrival and provided all the necessary and useful information. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night, yet she was patiently waiting and gave us a warm welcome. The room is quite small, but has everything you need to feel comfortable. Breakfast was great, with fresh croissants, yoghurts, coffee, toasts, ham, cheese etc. Last but not least, Ada's fantastic home made orange cake which made our day :) After breakfast Ada took us to a roof terrace with a great view over Cagliari and gave us good tips, not only local but also for the rest of our trip up north. The location of the B&B is strategic, very close to the market (one of the biggest in Italy) and city center. Grazie Ada, we felt like at home!

Ada is a gem. She goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable and at home. She has thought of all the small details to achieve this - with tiny spotlights to see your way in the corridor at night, the kitchen, and all of the effort she puts into preparing breakfast for her guests (including her DELICIOUS homemade cakes). Upon arrival and at breakfast, there was easy listening music playing which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. The view from the rooftop on the 9th floor is spectacular and is not to be missed! When I had an issue with my card, Ada acted immediately and helped me. She makes herself available for her guests and has a warm, kind heart!

Ada is the perfect host. From the moment of making the booking she provided valuable information to make my stay the best it could possible be. I am coeliac and she was able to provide me with an abundant breakfast to suit my needs. She was also kind enough to accomodate a very late check in, and greeted me with a warm smile and spent the time to do a thorough check in service to ensure I knew where everything I would need was. The room, bathroom and dining area are clean and feel newly decorated. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well with no noise disturbing my sleep at all. Street parking is free and if you cannot find a space, there is a car park that charges just 5 euro for 24 hours, just a couple of minutes walk away. Ada's love and passion for her work can not only be seen in how she takes care of her guests and home, but can be felt deeply in the way she communicates and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests feel at home and have everything they need. I will certainly stay there again when back in Cagliari.

When you first arrive the area is a bit deceiving as it’s very built up but once you enter Ada place’s you’ll feel at home right away. The property is very central. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Ada is an amazing host, she really looked after us. Breakfast was delicious & varied. She also shared information for various tours and sightseeing.if you’re looking for a place that is central with a home feel this is the place for you .
