This is a lovely haven for a peaceful retreat. The old street carries the charm of time, while the room itself feels like a warm embrace—just like coming home. Everything you might need is thoughtfully provided: air conditioning, a hair dryer, TV, shower, and a delightfully cozy sofa. The hosts are genuinely kind, like old friends, always ready to help with anything you might encounter. The location is ideal, with convenient access to public transport. For an experience like this, the price is more than fair.

Bathroom size is enough and giving more place for taking shower is better.

One of the best B&B i've ever stayed. Going there was so charming and will capture you with the very beautiful scenery. The place was neat and tide and so was my room with private wc, they even had a small fridge inside your room.

The distance from where you get off, if you use the public transportation. Sloping road. It's difficult if you have so many baggage with you. Especially on my part that i have knee problems.

The host Tiziana was very friendly and such an interesting person to chat to when she was there. Appreciated flexibility of check in arrangements & the ability to leave luggage after check out to pick up later. Lots of info & recommendations. Lovely old building in a great neighbourhood on the edge of old town easily accessible from harbour, bus & train stations. Self serve breakfast provided in kitchen/dining area. Nice place to chat with other guests. Appreciated the small fridge in the room. Impressed with all recycling options set up in kitchen. Good value. Recommended

I loved everything about the b&b, starting with its kind, wonderful, helpful host Tiziana. Cristal clean place, warm welcoming interior, perfect location on a beautiful street of Cagliari. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city and I will come back to the home anytime I travel to Sardinia.

Just my trip was short, I would stay longer with pleasure 🙂

The location was fabulous, based in the historic district. A local shop was only 150 ms away, its a 10 minute walk to the port, and possibly 15 mins to the train station.

The only tricky bit was getting the integrated air con to blow warm air but the owner came round and sorted out the settings so it was very cosy when it worked.( they had just had a new system installed so settings were different)

Very well-maintained cozy B&B in the historical center! Quiet area. The room has its own bathroom with a hairdryer and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable, there was a TV with Netflix. I liked a lot that there was not only AC but also demfumidifier. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the Poetto beach by public transport. The owner Tiziana makes this place feel like home! I truly enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this property!

This tranquil historic building is right next to the very best bits of the city, all are within a very short walk. The owners are delightful and most helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of the accommodation. I would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to others. This property will always be my first choice in the future.

The breakfast had a varied selection of cakes, croissants and coffee. Location was perfect as was a few minutes walk to the Castello and Archeological Museum Very quiet and well priced eateries nearby.

I stayed very well in this location. I had a room with a small private bathroom including a shower in a ground-level flat with perhaps one or two additional rooms available for guests. The flat is located in a very quiet area in the center of Cagliari, I did not hear or see cars on the street, I guess it is a pedestrian-only area. I did not hear anything from other guests, which - if existing - escaped also my sight. The room is equipped with a desk, usable both for studying and for eating. In the room I found a kettle for boiling water, coffee, ACE juice, a large amount of breakfast food (mainly sweet bisquits). I found also fresh apples, which I appreciated particularly. I had access to a kitchen for cooking, containing also an espresso coffee machine with free capsules to use. The tenant Tiziana has been very efficient and very kind in providing information and answering all questions.

I would have liked a larger garbage can in the room, which is equipped with a quite small one.
