Such a helpful host and very clean. Valeria serviced the room every day which was such a treat. We didn't speak Italian but managed to communicate via google translate. She was so helpful and friendly. Lovely balcony and big shower.

Unfortunately breakfast was a non starter. I had read the reviews but these were old and obviously the "fresh, sumptuous" breakfast that used to be offered no longer existed. There was coffee with tiny plastic cups, tea but no mugs, no milk. It was all very processed cake, "toast", jam but no butter or knives. Paper plates. We didn't bother with most of it. Shame as it looked awesome in the pics.

Beautiful room, very clean. A/C throughout which was very welcoming in the extreme heat outside. Great location.

The breakfast offerings was very basic. Some packet biscuits and cakes. No cold drinks available just a coffee machine. If you have lots of luggage be prepared to carry them up stairs. There is a lift (after the first flight of stairs) and is extremely slow.

The check in process was tricky. We didn’t know there wouldn’t be anyone there, or that we needed to send passport photo to get a key. This would have worked better if we’d been told at time of booking not on day of arrival. I had no signal and couldn’t pick up the email explaining this so we spent about an hour trying to figure out how to get in. It was quite stressful but once we got hold of owner he was very helpful and responded quickly.

The room was very nice, clean and reflected the pictures displayed on the website. The location is great very close to the heart of old city but also close to the modern development with a lot of options for food and drink, supermarkets etc. Valentina was very helpful and gave us useful recommendations. She was also very responsive to any of our queries.

It's a beautiful little appartment made into a B&B, breakfast was rich, the room was very clean and has a very spacious bathroom. Staff was super nice and helpful

It's a bit tricky with the stairs to the elevator and from the elevator with a big bag. also not a lot of space to have the bag in the room, but in the bathroom. The sitting area is quite small and gets crowded quickly.

Francesca the owner was very sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to answer all of our questions. Since we arrived early and left late ,without hesitation and extra charges she agreed that we can check in/out at our convenience . Room clean and comfortable:)

You get what you expect! Everything is as described! Good price! The interior is modern and stylishly selected. Very loving and tasteful. Valentina and her team are extremely friendly and attach great importance to high quality. Very customer-oriented, fast and flexible. All information is clear, understandable and reliable. The location of the flat is very central and yet quiet. Wonderful! I will definitely come again! Grazie mille per tutti!

Excelent location, clean , beatifull apartment .

I had an issue contact the owner upon arrival . Could not get in to the apartment due to poor instructions. I was standing outside of building for 2 hours , since the owner was not responding to my calls and messages.

the location was perfect, right in the middle of the best shopping ;) and self check in was very clear and easy

it was in the middle of a city, so not surprising at all, you just have to plan for parking. this wasn’t difficult at all, just plan ahead!

I loved my stay here at BB22 Cagliari. Valentina was extremely helpful - clear checkin instructions, accommodated an early checkin and the even booked a taxi to the airport on my way back. The housekeeping lady on location was so kind and lovely. I highly recommend this place - its run by good people! If I am ever in Cagliari again, i will happily stay here.
