Definitely the cleanliness of the room. Very good coffee and the refrigerator was well stocked. Regarding staff, we only met Stefania once and that was on arrival. She was very courteous, otherwise the only communication was via Whatsapp.

We were slightly disappointed with the breakfast, not that it was bad. The selection of items was not to our taste. My wife expected fresh bread, variety of hams and cheeses and cereals. This is what we are used to in other Italian accommodations.

Very comfortable bed, super clean room and private bathroom. The property feels new and is beautifully designed. The hosts were great - available, helpful and kind. Quiet street with all you need in just 1 minute walk - pizza, grocery store, restaurants, bus stop etc. Would warmly recommend.

The breakfast is made of a variety of things but they are all in packages. I was expecting fresh food like bread, cereals, pastries and other things like that. It is great but should be mentioned in case the guest is expecting something more standard.

Very nice room, close to everything and with easy parking. The host was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean. I will chose this place again for my next stay.

Everything was great. The location was amazing, with easy access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom really good, modern with a great shower. And Stefania was very kind to us. We will definetly go back :)

Breakfast was available in the room which is very good, but just wasn‘t my personal preference.

The B&B is greatly located since it is near to the historic site of Cagliari, but is in a calm street. Room is clear, well suited, simple and we got sweets for breakfast. Nice host :)

Location was great, the ac was a blessing and it was very very clean.

The breakfast wasnt the greatest but even without it the room is very good value
