I had an excellent night in Cagliari. The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and perfectly clean! There was everything I needed for the night. The street and the building were quiet and I slept very well, without any disturbance. It is very well located, just 2 minutes away from shops, and a short walk from the medieval Cagliari, without the noise of the central part of the city, so perfect to have a good rest. The breakfast is a self-service, provided in the room. Just a note: guests have access to the kitchen (although it is written "riservato"/reserved on the sliding door) and there is a kettle in the kitchen to make tea. Initially I thought there was no kettle, as there is just the coffee machine in the room, so I couldn't have tea. ;) The host was very responsive and helped with any question I had. Thank you! Super easy communication and check-in. Check-in is contactless, the instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. Replies were fast, Vale was very kind in answering all questions I had. The room is exactly as shown on the pictures, there were some snacks for breakfast in the room. Great value for money. Will definitely come back here the next time I'm in Cagliari!

Walls are a bit on the thinner side (as expected), so just make sure you bring earplugs if you‘re a light sleeper!

Great location and very quiet for a city room. Updated furnishings, comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. Great communication from the host with good suggestions for free parking on the street and paid secure parking nearby.

Adding a small fan would help the AC distribute more evenly. That's a common issue with wall mounted units, and really wasn't a problem. This is a very good property and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Top location. The apartmant is very clean. The host was very helpfull, provided all information needed, and also apartmant was always full of things that we need(water, food…)

The location of the accommodation was perfect, the rooms were kept clean, and breakfast/snacks were available in abundance. Due to the owner's availability and swift reply to requests, our stay was both a comfortable and wonderful experience.

What a nice find in Cagliari! Right in the city centre, and impeccably clean and a well stocked kitchen. Vale was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay - even past mid night giving me tips! The washroom is big, great shower pressure and lots of counter space!

The room is sweet as it says. You have all you need in the room (coffee machine, fridge with cold drink, various choices of tee and coffee, packed breakfast, air condition, private bathroom..). There is lot of free parking space in the street. Great location. Main attractions are nearby. Easy self check-in. Great comunication with the owner. Comfortable bed and verry clean space!

Very comfortable beds, clean, had everything we needed and the host was friendly, such to respond and helpful. The location was great, very close to the centre of town. We'd stay again.
