The location was probably the downside if you’re keen on exploring Cagliari as it’s at the top of the hill and unless you’re super fit (or don’t have blisters) a bus taxi is going to be a good idea. It’s about 2.5 km from the beach which is pretty good.

We loved the hotel. We were offered an upgrade to a very spacious two-levelled suite and I personally had the best sleep ever. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. At least one of the pillows was a memory foam one, I am not sure about the second one (we had 2 pillows each). The breakfast was also very good, with fresh fruits and we could find lots of options to try. The hotel stuff were polite and professional offering tips about the city and the location was fairly close to the historic city center, we walked to the center and back. I would definitely come back and totally recommend it.

The hotel more than exceeded my expectations. But first things first: The welcome at the reception by Matteo and Anna was overwhelming, really nice to be greeted like that. The parking lot is opposite the hotel and had plenty of parking spaces. If you want a covered parking space, you can also use the underground garage. I would also like to mention the performance of the housekeeping department. Every day after a certain time they called to ask if the room needed to be cleaned. And my room was spotlessly cleaned day after day. I was very satisfied with the room itself. I had requested a very quiet room because of my night shifts. And I got just such a room in a side wing on the first floor. I had a very relaxed sleep for 9 nights. The mattresses were classified as very hard in some reviews. But for me it was just right. 100 Points! I can also highly recommend the bar and breakfast, there was something for everyone. If I were to visit Cagliari again in the future, this hotel would be my first choice.

Due to a malfunction in a router the WLAN wasn't that impressive. These things can happen. In the Hotel Lobby the WIFI was excellent. Love these fridges in hotel rooms. If you could just adjust the temperature... But hey: got some Icecubes to cool my water every day from the bar, so all was good -))

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is not only beautiful but also very clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist, which made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to Matteo, Sara, Anna Giulia, and especially Claudia for their outstanding service. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. After booking this Hotel and then reading further reviews of people who were unhappy with cleanliness and issues with beds I lowered my expectations but hoped for the best. Upon arriving at UNAHOTELS, I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and luxurious it was. The staff were amazing and very accommodating and the room in the tower was spectacular. The bathroom with design and size was one if the best bathrooms of anywhere I've ever been, and me and my wife have traveled extensively. The aircon during the almost unbelievable heat was a god send and as my wife became unwell during our stay due to a mosquito bite at the beach that caused infection so we spent most of our time in Sardinia, in our hotel room so the beautiful views through the large windows and the fridge was a much appreciated touch as we were pretty much using it like a home fridge due to our situation. The pool in the spa with the different jet settings was also a beautiful touch. One of the best designed spa pool rooms me or my wife have ever used and my wife has been to many spas where we live in London. Thank you UNAHOTELS. You helped make our stay special despite our unfortunate situation.

Only 2 things. The TV was not compatible to use USB files as we do like to bring a series or movie with us when we travel just incase of situations like we ended up in. Also I was surprised by no USB charging sockets as so much detail had been put into the tower rooms but this is a modern feature across most of the world now and saves people from having to get adapters.

Staff in all areas were excellent. So helpful, professional. Room was spotless and comfortable. Spa was amazing. Lovely park across road. Within easy enough walking distance to town/marina etc

Only one pair slippers. Poorer toiletries for 4* compared to others. No iron facilities. Steamer didn't work when asked for iron. Only one chair at table. Only one bottle water in the fridge on first night. No snacks etc. Nothing added afterwards. We had late arrival early hours. No Tea/coffee facilities which expected in 4*

The hotel was easy to find in the dark albeit using Google Maps and the underground free parking opposite was vey convenient. Check in was easy with english speaking staff. The room was a good size and we loved the decor. As is it was very late we didn't use the restaurant but had a light snack in the bar where the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast had an extensive choice of high quality items and good coffee. This a business orientated hotel but fully met our need for an overnight stop after a late arriving flight at the start of our holiday.

Our only criticism is that the pillows in our room were rather lumpy and really need replacing.

Room: Comfortable bed, decent view, quiet AC, good size desk, outlets on the nightstands Bathroom: Large, roomy, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, ample towels Taxi stand right outside the hotel About a one mile walk (although mostly uphill) to the old city.

Needed a larger wardrobe or more drawers. We were there five nights with a wedding celebration during our stay, so we had a lot of clothes and not enough places to hang/store them. We had pants hanging on the towel rack, jackets layered on the single chair.

The hotel is very modern with very friendly staff. There is a coffee bar at the reception with a quite nice atmosphere. The hotel is very tall and it can be seen from various points throughout the city. The room is big and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants around the neighborhood. The park in front of the hotel is excellent after a long day of discovering the city.

T Hotels was fabulous: gracious and spacious. The staff at the concierge's desk were friendly and helpful. The room was large by European standards and comfortable with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was awesome!

The only minor negative is that the hotel is a long walk from the old town. But if you get tired of walking, the hotel staff can call a taxi for you.
