Amazing apartment, very clean, perfect location! There was a cleaning service everyday, which was very helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the amount of storage space in the room- would be great to have at least a small wardrobe. It was not a big problem though and we still really enjoyed our stay!

Great communication, contacted via WhatsApp, which made ease of check in etc easy - Valentina also provided lots of useful information for checking in, such as, parking etc. The rooms were all huge! Great bathroom, too, again it was incredibly spacious, shower was excellent. A few minute walk to a small supermarket that was open late, perfect as we had a baby and had to run out to get more milk. A cot was provided for free and set up for our arrival (despite a last-minute booking). Short walk to restaurants and attractions. Valentina was great and responded almost immediately to any questions.

Although a central location, it is in the centre and so in the shopping area and so not as nice as the old town.

This property was situated in a great location to the centre and about 15 minutes to the airport. It was less than 10 minutes from the parking garage that the host provided information for. The room and bathroom were extremely spacious and clean. Received information from the hotel promptly and staff was extremely courteous.

A bit of noise into the early hours of the morning. But that is usually expected when located in a city center.

I like how clean it was and the location, very central on a pedestrian street so not noisy at all.

I would give it a minus for the randomness of the cleaning service schedule. But the cleaning was done everyday at high standard so very happy.

The room was in an excellent location, in the pedestrian street with shops, restaurants at your door. The room was perfect, clean and tidy, the bed comfortable and a spacious bathroom. Accessing the property was good with the host available for any questions. I would highly recommend Cagliari Boutique Rooms and Suites if you need accommodation in Sardinia.

Very nice and big room with spacious bathroom. There was even different types of pillows to choose! Perfect location in the centre, near pedestrian street, yet very quiet to sleep. There was good windows.. The stuff was absolutely nice and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Just a little note that the mini fridge could be maybe out of the bedroom cause it's motor started in every hour or so, making quite lot of noise at nights.

Fantastic place to stay, comfortable well laid out rooms, good air-con and internet. Location is very good on the main walking street.
