Great place to stay for a group of friends. It is one very large apartment with shared living area and off it 4x individual ensuite bedrooms (3x double, 1x single) which can be booked separately, each with their own balcony (2 looking out over church, 2 looking out internally). Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. An easy walk to everywhere you need to be. Communication was good and check in was simple.

We really enjoyed our stay in the accommodation and the easy communication with the host. He even let us leave our luggage inside until we leave for the airport! The room seemed newly renovated, spacious and bright with a fridge inside. In the common area you could find a small kitchen with free treats. It's very close to the center but not noisy.

We didn't really like the cleaning for the price we paid. Of course ,everyday they changed the rubbish in the bathroom and made the bed,but they didn't wipe the floor or changed the bedsheets and the towels, not even in the 3rd day as it was promised for free. Maybe because we stayed for 4 nights. Also we didn't get to have fruit juice in the last day of breakfast, but water instead. In conclusion, the accommodation is on the second floor with no elevator, but we didn't mind so much.

Great location! Nice comfortable room with plenty of storage space and a working air conditioner. Gianluca is an amazing host with plenty of recommendations- even when we were traveling outside Cagliari. We arrived very late and he had provided access codes for ease of entry. We had a terrace that we didn’t use - a bit warm and AC units are enclosed in wood in one side. Nice bathroom and breakfast provided at a nearby cafe.

While we loved the cafe, it would have been nice to have just a bit of kitchen access - e.g., so we could eat yogurt and granola in the mornings (as an Italian breakfast of juice, coffee and croissant isn’t enough for us)

Not only did Efamoresca live up to my highest expectations, but it even went far beyond that—surpassing even the highest standards of the hypothetical best-case scenario that I had envisioned in my own, admittedly, utterly demanding and equally utterly perfectionist mind—and not by a small but rather by an absolutely humongous margin!!! One of its best features is, unquestionably, the quality to price ratio—which, quite frankly, is practically unbeatable and virtually unsurpassable within the entire Cagliari area! What's more, its 100% perfectly centric location—just a stone's throw away from all the best bars, pubs, and restaurants in town, smack dab right in the heart of Cagliari's historic and nightlife city center—makes it the absolute best option for each and everyone one of us comfort-loving and fun-seeking visitors! Honestly! I cannot possibly oversell this place nearly enough!!! The thing is, I like to give credit where credit is due and this place 100% totally deserves it!!! Make no mistake about it: It's 100% absolutely top-notch! My word! I mean, I'm not even being hyperbolic or exaggerating here! It's really that great! Trust me! I promise you won't regret it! In fact, all the opposite! I'll bet you're going to 100% totally thank me!!!  

Interior was decorated with detail, all the comforts of air on, fridge in room, good WIFI, lovely breakfast served by the owners while the coffee place was shut for summer hols. Owners were extremely friendly, welcoming and would tidy the room every morning. Location was central. Loved staying there.

I loved the vibe of the place, very cozy, welcoming and clean. Easy check-in and clear instructions. The location is excellent with cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, very close to museums and the old part of Cagliari. Gianluca is a wonderful host, very kind and attentive. I will definitely come back, highly recommended!

The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very comfortable stay. The location was perfect as well, walking distance from almost all tourist attractions around Cagliari, the port and the bus stops 😄 and the breakfast was amazing as well! Definitely recommend and will stay here again for sure :)

Great location. Excelent comunication and customer service. The host was very helpful, provided a local map and answered my question about local food.

There is nothing i didn't like. Just an observation, i selected a balcony room, second floor. it was difficult to carry the suitcase upstairs.

Fabulous location, about 100m from the main town square with easy access to the castle quarter and the marina. Plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was provided at a local coffee shop.

The room was a little smaller than I had expected although the en suite facilities were great. Sadly, the ground floor flat was being renovated which caused a lot of noise and dust. Obviously this was not under the control of the owners of Efamoresca.

Can’t thank enough and be more satisfied for such a welcoming stay in Cagliari. Room was always clean, there was complimentary tea and coffee, also breakfast option in a local cafeteria, b&b’s central location with good public transport links which all together made unforgettable stay. Thank you
