Perfect location! This is an ideal location as you are just a few minutes walk from the cafes, restaurants, and bars but are also situated in a quiet residential area. Only a 12 minute drive from the airport! The building is charming with an old style lift/elevator which was cool! The room had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay, the hot shower was great, and the view was lovely with the mountains in the distance. We were lucky and managed to park right outside. It is advisable that you get the smallest car possible for Sardinia as parking in cities like Cagliari can be very tight! Daniele was an exceptional host. He communicated with us before, during, and after to make sure we had a great stay and onward travel despite our delayed flight. Thank you for everything Daniele!

Price is a bit too high? I don’t know the average price in Cagliari though, I just think it’s quite high comparing with my other stays in Europe.

Great location overlooking roman ruins. Quiet. Cagliari is colourful and full of life. A very interesting and exciting place to wonder around. Something always happening. The city is full of vitality. The student population helps.

We paid extra for breakfast in local cafe which was not good. Make your own arrangements

The location was close to the epicenter of dining, shopping and touring in the city. Our room overlooked the Roman ruins and it was quiet, comfortable, clean and very attractive. Davide, the proprietor, could not have been warmer and more generous. After learning of my birthday, he left a local bottle of wine and 2 glasses for my husband and I to celebrate. He was very informative and helpful from the first moment we met him. He was the epitome of a Top 10 host. The building has an antique elevator which works like a charm. Quiet and smooth ride. For breakfast we were given vouchers for breakfast at a nearby local cafe. Delicious cappuccinos, pastries, juices, and sandwiches in plentiful amounts. And again the cafe owner was friendly and generous.

The only challenge is street parking which can be difficult to find. Davide gave us his parking spot after searching for a spot on a Friday night at dinner time, which Davide warned us was going to be difficult.

No breakfast included. It was a lovely big room in a great location. I stayed one night. I would stay there again.

I didnt realise that it was not a hotel. (My fault) It was an en suite room in a big apartment being used by a private boutique style accommodation business. B & B style. In saying that it was very clean and comfortable and the host was lovely. It was a great location.I would like to see some milk available for tea though :-)

Location is away from the crowded areas but still in walking distance of 10mins at most. There are plenty of free parking space around but it’s impossible to find around dinner time, Friday. It is not included in the service but they helped me to find one in the front of the building. Room is simple, clean and has space for luggages.

Just maybe some ideas to be perfect. We would appreciate some small sitting on the balcony and maybe possibility of some useful staff (like wine/beer opener, pen, capsule coffee machine (even for additional cost of capsule).

Davide the host met us at the airport and was very helpful about suggestions for eating out and places to see. His excellent English and friendly manner made our stay easy. The room was spotless and has excellent security. The elevator to the hotel floor is a a great plus.

It is located in the centre of the historical sites with a supermarket and the train station. I was able to reach every site and cafe/restaurant within 10 minutes on foot. There is a free public parking lot but better to return around 5 pm before taken. What I liked most was the small fridge in the room. It keeps cool bottles of beers and others. for the relaxing evening alone. Besides the host asked me if anything I need frequently by text during my stay.

There was a little noisy water sound from the wall when the room next door had a shower. It is a mnor issue because no one does shower for more than 15 minutes. :)

Definitely the location. Even if there's no proper parking lot of the property, there are plenty of free ones at a walking distance, and you're literally in the core of the city. Stron wi fi. Lovely and very helpful staff.
