Easy and nice communication with Staff on whatsapp, videos how to get to the property, easy access. Super close to Train Station, Marina area, restaurants, street market with antiques and hand made products. Very clean and organised place, quiet, cosy common kitchen with terrace, breakfast ok - sweet and salty options, water coffee tea juices available all day. Books available. Super clean room and bathroom! Small balcony but not nice view so I would recommed more plants and flowers on a blacony☺️

A really beautiful place to stay. The room design and layout was very modern and clean and seemed to have every amenity available. The host was very accommodating of our requests and very helpful and responsive. The B&B is about 5 mins around the corner from the station (if that) and very centrally located. Instructions for self check in were via videos that clearly showed how to access the building and the room.

We had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—just a short walk from both the train station and the city center, which made getting around incredibly easy. What truly stood out was the staff’s flexibility; they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and pick it up later after check-out, which was exceptionally helpful and made our stay much more convenient. Highly recommended!

This was perfect for us. It's a third floor apartment in a early/mid 20th century block near the railway station, close to the trennino stop and easy walking distance to the centro storico. Many great places to eat nearby or in easy walking distance. You will get keys to the front door of the building, the apartment and your room so it's very secure. There is a lock box at the building's front entry and you will be sent the codes at 3pm on the day of your arrival. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and we had Classico which is a decent size and looks over next door's courtyard. There is a communal kitchen with large dining table and a narrow balcony with chairs overlooking the street and trees. The breakfast is served in the communal kitchen and it's DIY... so all is set on the table, but you make your own toast (for example). It is scrupulously clean. It is a straightforward and simple place, that's light, airy, modern and stylish. Nicola lives on site but you communicate with him by WhatsApp and he responds promptly. We didn't eat the included breakfast but as noted elsewhere it is an Italian breakfast. Don't expect eggs! (We just don't eat breakfast, nothing wrong with what was being offered.) Excellent wifi using two routers: one covers the kitchen and one covered our bedroom. Note: when choosing accommodation in Cagliari bear in mind how steep and narrow the streets are. So many people dragging luggage on wheels up the steep stone paved lanes. At Cramu you don't have that issue. It's on the flat!

Nothing really. It would have been nice to have a relaxing space like some armchairs, but then the price is what it is for a reason and it's excellent value.

Lovely accommodation, new furniture, very clean, towels changed daily. We used the self check-in option because we weren't sure if our flight would be delayed and we arrived late. Breakfast was OK. The possibility of taking coffee and water throughout the day. They are always available via Whatsup for your questions and requests. We would always come back

Great location just minutes from the train station and easy check in. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there is very little city noise – made it easy to sleep well! AC worked well enough despite a very hot week.

At times there was quite a bit of noise (music) from inside the B&B. As was travelling for work, this was somewhat frustrating during the daytime. The breakfast was adequate with yogurt, fruits, bread, and pastries; it would have been nice to have some more fresh/local cheese, bread and pastries rather than the individually wrapped items -- not great from a sustainability perspective!

The place was wonderfully clean, the room comfortable and well organised, the check-in, and the location was superb- 1 minute walk from the train station, less than 5 minutes walk to the city centre and the marina area, and 5 min walk to the bus station. And the breakfast was decent and simple. Couldn’t ask for a better wholesome bnb experience. Nicola, the owner, was super nice and always available to tackle any question or problem I had, and he let me keep my bags in after checkout until my flight time. (Thank you Nicola for everything!!). I highly recommend Cramu!

The sound of the toilet aspirator was a bit loud but certainly just a minor annoyance.

Breakfast - large choice of food, good coffee and tea. The accommodation must have been renovated recently - furbishment was modern and neat. Location - very near to the station and the bus terminal. In addition, the Chinese shopkeeper at the grocery next door was very kind.

Brekfast set up was very nice, bed sheets were very soft, clean bathroom, nice water flow and shower head, juice in the kichen and free coffie.

Brekfast was a little too sweet for my taste but still good. A bit noisy, walls are very thin so sound traveles fast and loud from one room to another.

The breakfasts were perfect. An excellent selection with a help yourself buffet. Location was ideal. 2 minutes walk from the main station, then 10 minutes leisurely walk to reach the cathedral and old city walls. Lots of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Cagliari is very hilly, so you need to be reasonably fit!

Car parking was a NIGHTMARE! No recognised car parks for tourists. I had to park 1.5km away from the hotel.
