Nice and clean apartment, the kitchen is equipped with lots of cutlery which was a big bonus. Very spacious room for two people, comfortable bathroom. The balcony on the ground floor was great, with a table and chairs so we were able to have nice breakfasts outside. The location is perfect, not very far from the bus stop, about 10-15 minute walk. Lots of great hikes around just a doorstep away, especially cascate Nardis which was a beautiful trail following a mountain river with multiple waterfalls. There is also a grocery shop nearby, was great to have fresh fruit and veg and cook it in the kitchen.

Lack of air conditioner, it was very hot in late July and was impossible to sleep. No kitchen towels or bin bags provided, which was unusual because the hotel asks the guests to clean and empty the apartment of all rubbish by the end of the day and wash the dishes, it is okay to ask that but please provide more cleaning essentials. 150€ euro deposit in cash was a big surprise, it would be comfortable if we were let known about this in advance.

Location was great, we had an amazing Mountain View from the balcony, the apartment was very clean and tidy and it had all the basics needs for our trip. The ski room was good too. The location was perfect, only 15 mins from Pinzolo ski lifts and less than 20 mins drive from Madonna di campiglio. We will definitely come back next year, very thing was perfect!

Nothing I didn’t like personally but a recommendation to leave a sanitising or cleaning spray and extra bin bags in the apartments to make it easier to clean at the end of the stay especially if guests are staying only a couple of days and won’t bring a lot of stuff.

Nice location with plenty of parking. Quiet (in October), comfortable and friendly staff.

The photos on the listing were not of our unit, and as a result, it was smaller than expected. Would be very tight for 4 people.

Kind owner and receptionist. We much appreciated having steel pots available. Garden space where we could hang clothes.

The lighting was depressing. The glass table, very uncomfortable. Lack of some essential kitchen utensils. Microwave was not great (how do you set it to 30 seconds?). No milk cups. The knives badly needed some sharpening.
