The location was perfect for our needs; a quiet few days at the coast. Everything seemed new and clean. Room was perfect for our needs with a beautiful side sea view. Breakfast was great. Staff were all very friendly. Towels available for use on the beach. Beautiful garden area to lounge and enjoy a cool breeze. Some nice restaurants within walking distance, and a little supermarket for small shop items. Would love to stay again.

I personally would love tea and coffee facilities in room. The mosquitoes were pretty bitey (we visited September).

Staying here was a great pleasure and we would willingly come back. The hotel is located just by the sea, by the beuatiful beach. It's not necessary to rent sunbed on the beach - from the hotel garden it is also near to, and there are free sunbeds there. We recommend to come to this hotel by car, cause the village is terribly connected with the bigger towns. The room that we had was newly renovated, fully equipped, clean and had a lovely sea view. The hotel is small, has just several rooms, so it's very calm there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to help (even in case bringing something extra for the breakfast). The breakfasts were every day the same, but it was not a problem, on the contrary, because it was so delicious we could eat it and eat it. There were many Italian snacks on it. The advantage is possibility of making DIY fresh orange juice and eating on fresh air, in the garden. The only little disadvantage that came to our mind is the music - the same looping playlist is being played on all the time, so when you're lying for all day in garden, it may be annoying. Happily it is easy to change it :). In the area there are some restaurants and shops. We hihgly recommend this hotel and thank you for the amazing stay :).

We had a delightful stay at this hotel in the beautiful region of Puglia. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the region. The hotel's location is great, being right next to a beautiful beach and not that far from the motorway, which made it easy to explore nearby cities like Bari, Lecce, and Brindisi. Additionally, it's close to towns like Ostuni and Alberobello, known for their architecture and history.

Perfect little place with just a few rooms. Bright and clean. Quiet. Sea views. Perfect location with a beach just a few steps away (literally like 20 steps) and a small town with many restaurants and cafes just a short 10 mins walk. Staff more than friendly. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Variety of high quality products. Fresh fruit juice. All more than amazing.

We booked it on a whim – and absolutely loved it! The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. The view of the sea from our balcony was simply perfect – a real highlight of our trip.

We really loved the property (But the town itself looks a bit shabby, with poor streets and unfinished constructions - so don’t get scared at first glance!)

Although the pictures looked much nicer than reality, we enjoyed this small boutique hotel for a weeks stay. Staff is superfriendly (only Italian speaking) and breakfast was the highlight of the morning! We recommend having a car staying there, or else you'll find it difficult to go around. Beach is nice in front, but can be crowded in summer season.

It is sold better than what you receive, too pricy for what you get! Also, it is not a 4 star hotel, rather a bed and breakfast. Altogether we were a bit disappointed from what we got for the high price.

Great location right by the numerous small beaches. It’s a 7 minute walk across the beach to the main part of town where the majority of restaurants are located. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Fabulous pastries and breads and all made in house. Separate egg menu with plenty of hot choices. Our room (104) definitely had the best views and a large balcony. Other reviews have mentioned noise from the beach - we didn’t experience any issues but perhaps this affects high season? The pizza bar 50 yards away, doesn’t look much but has efficient staff and serves up great food and drinks at modest prices. Overall we were delighted with our stay here.

Secure parking is available but costs €11 per night but worth it for peace of mind.

a super freindly team the hotel is located close to public beach - and we could park infront of the hotel the rooms are nice and confortable the breakfast was great and the coffee was perfect if you want to explore Ostuni,, the Trulli village or Torre de S Andrea - its a good location our dinner we enjoyed at the opposite side from the beach - there are a few good restaurants

Small hotel, very nice, cosy and calm place to spend a few nights near the beach. Nice garden. Fresh and delicious breakfast every morning, the room’s modern design and clean. Kind and friendly staff.

Just the location in small village with no a lot of activities

Wonderful staff - the owners should be thankful and proud for having such a super team. From the outside you can be forgiven for thinking it doesn't look that special but once through the gate a sanctuary awaits. The beach is 20 paces away, the water clean and clear. A very healthy and varied breakfast is laid out in the mornings. Lovely garden or roof terrace to lounge in the sun if the beach isn't your thing. Very clean. Good aircon. Attentive night staff. We were so pleased that we stumbled upon this property and booked it. It was perfect.

Maybe some cold meats for breakfast - my daughters request. But that isn't a criticism.
