Apartment is cosy and spacious with a nice balcony in а calm and nice area. Parking in a separate yard for the apartment is very convenient. Beach is very close and nice with fine sand.

Area is quite remote and no shop or restaurant are working at the end of May, even water cannot be bought without a car. In the apartment there are no space for keeping cloths even for 3 people, I cannot imagine if we were 6 there are only 6 hangers in total in the 2 bedrooms. No coffee machine nor electric kettle in the kitchen. We had a bath leakage, which was not serious but still not pleasant. There were no mosquito net on the balcony door, which cause problems with mosquitos in the bedrooms for part of the time. The staff ihad a very basic knowledge of English.

Well-maintained territory with free private Parking. Clean rooms with new furniture and appliances. The two-room apartments have air conditioning in each room.

The booked apartments turned out to be occupied, despite the fact that they were paid in advance and a confirmation was sent to us the day before. However, we were quickly replaced. It was a good option, but the impression was a little spoiled. The sound insulation could be better - you can hear everything that happens outside.

It was amazing place to stay. Very new, great location near very beautiful beach nearby (although it was a bit dirty and some plastics, but this I believe was only because we were there before season). Our host was very helpful with finding a rental car and picking us from the train station, which was really appreciated and thank you for that! :) Location is great and if you want to stay the whole time in one place within a quiet area, you are at the right place. If you want to travel around you need a car, same if you want some nightlife or restaurants (there is one behind the corner but we didn't go there).

If you need to use washing machine there is none (which is ok for a short stay) but if needed you can use the main Donnosanto residence in the Torre Sabine and do your laundry there for a small fee.

Close to the beach (& Ostuni town). Clean. Towels & lines were provided. Mosquito nets are installed at all the windows. Modern bathroom and kitchen appliance.

Narrow parking space but not a problem for us.

The apartment is located very close to the sandy beach. We received a supply of towels, the apartment was clean. There was a safe parking space available

Three small minuses: there was only soap, no shampoo, no basic spices in the kitchen and no Internet

New bulding very good location near sea, I suppouse it is the best appartment in such good location enough kitchen equipment and big fridge

1. There were not umbrellas from the sun and a scepters. I bought 2 of each items and leave in appartment. Hope hosts give them to new visitors, so that they do not buy them like me. 2. Place for car in yard is very narrow. It was hard to walk along the car. 3. Very little space in the yard. All space is occupied by the car. 4. Internet does not work. I was given a mobile router, but the connection quality is terrible. 5. I had to go to the reception desk 2 times (it is not close to appartment) - 1. to pick up the keys upon check-in and - 2. pay. Why they didn’t withdraw the entire amount from the card is not clear (they withdraw only 1/3 part), in order to pay the rest I needed to spend time going to the reception.

Brand new apartment, fully functional and nicely decorated. Internal parking spot with external shower it ‘s a nice plus. 2 rooms. Very nice terrace and bathroom.

The AC unit is only in the living room. It’s enough to cool down the whole apartment, but at night if you wanna close the rooms door for privacy, you boil up in a room without AC.

+ very clean apartment + location very close to the cosy and beautiful beach + according to some negative opinions about kitchen equipment... it was enough: no kettle but you can boil water in one of the pots (no problem for us), there isn't any big knife but small knifes are really very sharp and you can cut by them bread, meat or anything you want, there is a coffee pot, fridge, oven, mugs, espresso cups and glasses for drinks + really quick check in and check out (even very early in the morning around 5:30 AM) + big balcony with amazing view on the italian neighbourhood + safe parking place for a car + air condition + towells, shower gels, shampoo and bedsheets included + amazing easy open and close sofa + our stay was wonderful ;) GRAZIE MILLE ! ;)

Things below were not a problems for us but maybe they could be some kind of advice for owners for the future: ° It would be nice if the furnitures on the balcony have some pillows ° It would be nice if there will be at least one floor lamp in the apartment ° It would be nice if there will be some ice molds in the fridge (to make ice cubes for drinks) ° The wi-fi didn't work but we had good LTE connection on our mobile phones (apartment on 1st floor) Still we've already missed this place ;)

Very modern and clean apartment in fantastic location. Comfrtable beds and very spacious bathroom with many towels :) Nice outside space. Grate value for money.

The kitchen was not perfectly equipped - there were no wine glasses, no electric kettle. Also the lack of wardrobe was a problem - fortunatelly there was a spare room for storage. However - these disadvantages were only details - the stay was was more than ok!

The appartment is new and clean, tidy.
