The apasrtment is very spacious. It has a shared comon space (dining room, kitchen and terrace) but all rooms have a private bathroom. The apartment is very clean and tidy and has all the amenities you may need. The rooms are equiped with air conditioning and comfortable beds. It all looks very modern. It is also located at a quiet neighborhood that is at walking distance from the city center, which is a bonus. Carmen is a great host, she is very kind and accommodating and gave us a lot of good restaurant recommendations. She is also very helpful. I would recommend staying here, it is perfect for going to the beaches around the gulf of Napoli or visiting Pompeii without staying in very touristy areas.

Finding a parking spot was a bit tricky sometimes, yet, during our 4 night stay, we always managed to find one in the street.

My spouse and myself had a great time at Occhi di Mare. Carmen is a wonderful host and the breakfast voucher was just the best. Our room was clean, the location was perfect- 10min walking distance to the metro station which connect to Pompeii, Sorrento and Naples. The neighborhood was beautiful, especially if you walk towards the water at night. The locals are super friendly and it's a great area. The view at the property is amazing and let's you relax and enjoy the beauty. Overall it was beyond our expectations and we will definitely come back.

I absolutely loved the blue room! It is an enormous room with a comfy bed and futon couch. Carmen's art is beautiful and it made the room feel amazing. The large windows framed the view and scenery perfectly. Everything was clean! I appreciated Carmens help with how to get to her place and her help with finding a taxi when I left. Her restaurant suggestion was delicious!

The only thing I would change would be the privacy of the room from the balcony that the other guests can access. The blue room has two beautiful large french doors that look out to the balcony and the patio where everyone can sit and be outside. It was a surprise to me and the person outside when they saw me in my room in my PJ's. I would suggest sectioning off each part of the patio for the two side rooms to use privately.

I love this place so much! The "Star" room is AMAZING! Everything is fresh, clean and so cozy! The view of Vesuvius is adorable. Our stay was perfect! Carmen is an extremely kind person, she helped us with every single problem and did this with a smile. The place is amazing, close to the city center and the view from the terrace is breathtaking! Both the room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We got coupons for tasty breakfast in a nearby cafe. I would recommend a stay in this place to everyone!

Carmen`s B+B is a real piece of art. I would recommend for you to stay in the room with the view onto the Vesuv, even though this has its private bathroom outside of the room. But this room is just exepctionel with this view onto the bay and the volcano. It is also quite big and very nicely furnished. There is a breakfast with fresh cake, which is really nice. The rest of the kitchen is not equipped for cooking, but you can use the water cooker, which is helpful. Thank you, Carmen, I had a really nice stay. Castellamare is a nice and not too busy place to stay with day trip options in every direction. I really liked this little city. Extra tipp for a little trip: Take the cable car (funivia) to Mount Faito. Great view and (at least in October) not crowded at all in comparison to Pompeii and the Vesuv.

The view was gorgeous, the room spacious and light. Everything was clean, the flat had lovely handmade decorations and creative paintings. Very good access to public transport, if you know to look for the circumvesuviana train. But the host was very helpful in guiding me when I got a bit lost due to misleading apps.

I'm absolutely satisfied. Correct administration, there was no request that was not fulfilled. Clean, tidy, good neighborhood.Close to famous places, train 10 minutes walk.

The room was extraordinary. We weren't expecting such a high ceiling, it made the room look even better and more spacious. The terrace is also very beautiful and has a great view on the city and the sea.

Everything was great! The room was large with a view of the Marina and ocean. Nice large deck for a beer in the evenings, new air conditioning, clean and with a water fountain 40 m to the main entrance. Free parking on the street which was also great, there was always a spot to park there.
