Staff was so friendly and nice! Rooms were clean and enough towels, maybe even too much. I loved the welcome-kit on the room on arrival, which was piccolo prosecco and macarons, displayed beautifully on the table. Breakfast was good, not continental but good in Italian scale. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel maybe three times and everything was delicious. Pool was sunny and clean. The garden with shady sitting areas was a blessing after our day trips. I am so happy with this hotel and I will come back!

Road back to hotel is not suitable for everyone, uphill and noisy road. Taxis are ripping you off during summer season and they are asking 20€ per ride from town to the hotel, it's 5 min ride. We walked, or used the hotel shuttle which was really good option. A little bit noise from the street, so if you live on countryside and are used to silence, that might be a problem. As a city person, that was not a problem for us.

The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. They offered great recommendations for local restaurants and arranged a seamless day trip to Capri, which was just a short ferry ride away. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated with coastal flair-comfortable, quiet, and with a private balcony that offered more incredible views. This hotel isn't just a place to sleep-it's a destination in itself. Peaceful yet perfectly located, romantic yet family-friendly. Whether you're here to explore ancient ruins, sail to nearby islands, or simply soak in the sun under a lemon tree, you'll fall in love with this unforgettable corner of Italy. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful hotel with a great spirit. Lovely pool surrounded by lemon and lime trees and a rooftop terrace with a great view. Comfortable parking right opposite the hotel. Very friendly owner and staff. Especially Paolo fulfilled every single wish and his good mood was contageous. Thank you! Great coffee at breakfast, too.

Nothing about this lovely hotel. 😊 Only the people in the area around Castellamare di Stabia are a little special and the streets are quite dirty with lots of waste.

Perfect location to visit the Amalfi coast and Pompei

Staff were excellent, very good food, especially the evening meal. very nice view from the roof terrace. Nice swimming pool. Christian was especially helpful with information about activities, transport, etc.

The location was very nice up above the city, however getting to and from the city was a bit akward and using taxis could get expensive.

Wonderful staff, clean and quiet room, lovely swimming pool, always a possibility to sit in shadow, perfect location for day trips in Napoli region and Amalfi coast

staff should inform you about easier way to make it to their car park; we had a real challenge to get our car undamaged through those narrow streets

the hotel was fabulous but what really stood out was the staff. the breakfast helpers were super attentive and Christian in the reception helped us with so many things, he was simply amazing.

Had a really nice time at the Hotel Paradiso. The location was great, with easy access to both Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. My room was a nice size with a balcony with sea views and the pool was a great touch after a long day of sightseeing. But the crowning glory is the staff who were amazing and incredibly helpful !

Unfortunately; The noise from the Vespas and motorbikes and beeping is hard to ignore and continues beyond midnight…Walking up from the town through a tunnel is like running the gauntlet with cars and motorbikes meeting

It was very beautiful hotel, nice pool. Very fresh staff. That was helping with everything. Walking to beach 25 minutes. Free parking.

Breakfast could be little better. Bathroom need renovation.
