I stayed at this hotel in August 2023 in an apartment for three adults. I can definitely say that this place is absolutely amazing! This was my first time when I really enjoyed absolutely everything. The space of an apartment is large, there is everything you need to live - a stove, an oven, even a washing machine. The rooms are well soundproofed. If you are traveling by car they provide you with a free parking space which is cool because public parking is really expensive if you rent an apartment in Naples. My apartment was cleaned every day and the whole territory of the hotel was very tidy. The breakfast was really good and included in the price of my stay. And the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everybody is extremely friendly, helpful and cute. I was feeling like I was always welcome. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Room and building was very clean. Paulo was very helpful at check in. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Our room was updated and bathroom was very nice. We felt safe. Easy access to parking in a fenced in parking lot in front of registration door.

Yellow discoloration of the water in the bathroom. We happen to go to breakfast at the same time as a bus full of tourists. There were no seats left and the warm breakfast options were all gone. The 2 ladies working the breakfast area could not keep up with all the people. They tried very hard to wash dishes and restock food but it was too much.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location good if you only want to stay for a day, it was not far from the airport, however keep in mind that the taxi would charge double the price because by law the location of the hotel is considered outside Naples and therefore the amount will be doubled. So we paid 48 euros in total (which probably is more expensive than going to the city). Rooms were clean and tidy and comfy, not much to add, just as normal as a hotel should be.

Me and my family stayed just overnight to catch a flight, so cannot comment on breakfast. It is closer to the airport ~ 15min so I recommend to select this hotel specially with family. Room is big enough and shower was nice, thanks without bathtub!

The heater ran all day long and at night was warm (it was May-23) and we could not control the a/c, once it is central. So we had to keep the window open, but noisily from the street, which is normal. If closed it was quite.

We booked Eracle believing it was close to Napoli airport. But it was nearly a $50 cab ride to the airport and a $50 cab to a restaurant. There are no restaurants nearby. Conclusion: stay there only if you have a car. Otherwise, the facility is a good business overnight stop. Staff was friendly.

Very isolated.

Everything was really good. We were traveling by car so the private parking space was really nice. It was secure and had security cameras in the parking space. Then the room we stayed in was really big, it had a huge living room and kitchen and a separate bedroom and bathroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom were really big. The bed was really comfortable and we had AC in both the bedroom and living room. We really enjoyed the apartment. We didn’t use the option of hotel breakfast, although we passed by it in the morning and it looked really good. We ate at a restaurant which is 1 min from the hotel and which was really awesome, I totally recommend it, it’s called Graziella Chalet. The staff at the hotel was also really helpful and had very good English speaking skills, compared to other places in Italy we stayed at

Breakfast was fabulous. A lovely buffet and clean and bright dining room. Staff were delightful and helpful. Great view of Vesuvius 😃 Secure carpark

It was a good solid motel. Good for a stop over not. Not a destination.

I enjoy my stay at the Eracle Hotel let them get you a taxii I got a taxi try to rip me of but I had his number I reported to the hotel the were brilliant I got money back the staff and mangers couldn't do enough for me and the family I would stay there again

There not much things near the hotel for kids to do the swimming pool was closed it doesn't belong to the hotel

For the costs, it was very good.. we booked without breakfast, because we wanted to go to Napoli centre and there get our breakfast 😋 the room was very clean very comfortable .. we had Balkon at the room it was every thing ok 👍🏻 We didn't payd taxes like other hotels in Italy.. parking for our motorcycle 🏍 was for free 🙏

very good hotel to stay at after getting off the plane. clean room with comfortable beds and clean a clean bathroom. the breakfast was alright and the staff were friendly

I wouldn’t say there was anything bad about the hotel. I wouldn’t stay here for more than one night but it is just an airport hotel
