The service at the front desk was amazing, really nice people, and helpful to foreigners. The ladies looking after our room are really caring and as a result the hotel was always really clean. Additionally, we had the breakfast included, and we ended up eating dinner at the downstairs restaurant daily where the food was really good and the view was amazing, one of the waiters even remembered our order from the night before making ordering easy and efficient.

The location, although a nice view, makes it hard to access the city centre without a taxi as a walk up and down hills takes about 40 minutes to the beach. Unless you're only staying at the resort the location is a bit of a hassle but shouldn't be a problem if you can get a car or take a taxi.

Nothing not to like but you do need a car to get around which wasn’t a problem for us as we hired one before we arrived at the hotel. we had a room with a jacuzzi in it but to be honest it wasn’t the best so only used the once - the room was clean but the bathroom could have done with a bit of a spruce up - not dirty but just a bit tired - having said all that we would stay again so nothing bad😃

We are on a 1 mouth drive of Italy and came to the hotel by chance. Immediately, the reception was fantastic. Big smile and welcome. Only later did we discover he was the owner. The room was great with a better view of Mount Vesuvius than advertised. The next morning, we had a great breakfast on the veranda again with the stunning view . The staff were lovely . There's a wonderful new pool , perfect size for relaxing ! The rest of the 3 days continued to be so friendly. We also had dinner on the 2nd night. Honestly, I feel it would be hard to beat. A great time, thank you 😊

Very nice and clean hotel. The location is great towards all touristic places (if you have a car) and the hotel has an amazing view. In case you just want to chill on a hot day, it is perfect in the jacuzzi or the swimming pool. But what we liked the most was the fantastic service and kindness of every staff member. They are super friendly. So thank you for the amazing stay!

If I need to name 1 tip: it would be nice if the jacuzzi and swimming pool are opened until 9 or 10 pm, so you can cool down after an intensive day. But again, we enjoyed everything very much!

Breakfast was good, coffee machine could make any type of coffee on demand. Beautiful view of Mt. Vesuvius. Restaurant staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was very relaxing and had a great breeze from the sea.

No communication from hotel staff before we arrived. Couldn't get a taxi (apparently the services don't answer the phone for call for service), the bus stops were poorly marked with no timetable. We had to walk, to the hotel with all of our luggage, which included going up stairs for 850 ft. If you need a cab or transportation from the train station, call the hotel and they will help book one for you. It would have better to know about how to acquire transportation ahead of time since staff stated this was a known issue.

Spectacular experience and the view from the clifftop location was magnificent. You can park your car for free in the small underground garage. The staff are pleasant and very accommodating. Breakfast was beautiful with inside/outside terrace to take in the stunning view of the sea and port with the yachts traveling back and forth from Positano or Sorrento. Our room was a sea view with two large French door sets and a balcony stretching between the two. The rooms are spacious with a desk. Our bathroom was the most spacious shower fully tiled. It might be a little scary to drive the short, and narrow winding road to access this gem, but trust me it will not disappoint. They do provide a pool and a jacuzzi. Be aware the jacuzzi is pleasant but not heated. The pool is an above ground with a ladder and you’ve got to want to get in because it’s very cold water and up 4 flights in the side of the hillside. More breathtaking views made it worth your with to make the climb.

The hike up to the pool and wish the jacuzzi was hot water and open late.

The staff here are so lovely and very attentive. The little terraced garden is very relaxing and breakfast/dinner outside with a view of Vesuvius is absolutely wonderful! I didn't have a car so had to walk a fair bit but that was fine (you would need a taxi to and from the station!). It's a nice location and a fairly simple walk into the town. My room (with a view of Vesuvius) was lovely (as was the very sweet welcome drink!). Grazie!

We only stayed one night, we needed to leave the next day for Naples Airport, wish it could’ve been longer. The view of Naples Bay was stunning.

Driving the car to the hotel was difficult to say the least. Navigation was having a tough time even finding it. The staff at the hotel did help and everything was good, but it wasn’t easy.

This property was a great way to end our holiday close to Naples. We didn’t have to move from there. Nicely decorated and appointed. Luigi at reception was fantastic. He helped us with several items including EUR3 of his own money for toll fees. That is beyond the call of duty.

Loved the views, the brightness and decor of the Hotel. Lots of very comfortable chill out areas. The staff were amazing, all very helpfull. The food was delicious the views at night from the Vesuvius restaurant were stunning and The price was very good.

Dissappointed with the area near the town and boats, very run down.
