Room comfort and helpfulness of staff. Lavazza Caffè machine in courtyard was fantastic. The courtyard area was lovely, clean and well maintained and the staff were charming from the reception staff to the cleaners to the the maintenance team. Thank you.

Had 1 bedroom apartment and next apartment had a very thin adjoining door unusually not 2 doors. Therefore could hear everything neighbours did and they also smoked illegally inside apartment and that came through under adjoining door to us which severely affected my asthma. We bunged up the gap as much as we could but was still loud and smoky.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, good size, clean and well appointed. Huge supermarket (Bennet) is a five minute walk to the east. Also Decathlon sports store next door to the west. Very nice air conditioning in hot weather during my stay.

The room had a lingering smell of cigarettes from a previous occupant. The kitchen area in the room had fridge, sink, hob and microwave, but no plates or cutlery! I used the plate from the microwave. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome. :)

The location of the property is great with all relevant stores around it and two train stations nearby, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Room heating was available throughout the duration of stay. Affordable and great value for money. Calm locality with a beautiful lake nearby and great mountain view with the snow. Kind staff ready to assist any time.

Everything was perfect. Good price-performance ratio. You have everything you need in the spacious apartment. The Apartments are located in a shopping area but calm and the lake is a few minutes to walk. You can reach Milano and Bergamo within an hour. Possibility for rent a bike.

Nice area Nice hotel Clean Kind and professional (Great staff)

People stay in the middle area of the hotel drinking all the night laughing and talking loudly up to 3 am is not acceptable. Should make rules for that. Coz people have kids in the hotel or some people have a commitment at the early morning also need to rest..

Good location for our needs. Good size room and it was what expected. Very nice, helpful and hapoy staff working here. Nuce to get smiley service.

Bit outdated

Spacious and clean. Our heating did not work, but they gave us a bigger room without any fuss. Very friendly. We stayed for one night.

We did not have to cook, but if you want to stay longer and cook your own meals, the kitchen might be a bit under equipted.

This is a motel style place, though we had a living room and a kitchen. Separate entry is convenient. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. Good bang for you buck.

No breakfast offered.

The staff was friendly and they tried their best to make our stay nice; the location is good - 6-7 km away from Arona

They had forgotten to put towels in the room and we had to remind them twice in order to get them

Great location, restaurants nearby. 20 minutes from the airport The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lady in the reception was very nice and helpful
