In general, very good value for the money, because the hotel is not expensive compared to other airport hotels. The good: We stayed in the Junior Suit, which was large enough and comfy, but the hotel saw better days. It was not expensive. The hotel is surrounded by green forests. Excellent parking, safe place and nice staff. All in all, excellent airport hotel, only 20 min driving to the airport, no real traffic jam threats either.

Less good: The breakfast was basic, and something one person can pull out, but ok. The hotel have seen better days, it was probably fancy in the 80's but outdated. There is forest but you cannot walk inside without a manchete, and there is no sidewalk to anywhere so you cannot leave the hotel by foot, only car. the road by the hotel (90 km/h) is not something you want to walk by.

The breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants, and there was ample covered and uncovered parking near the hotel. Quirky room layout could be a plus for some. One of the staff has a very friendly and playful dog!

The shower in my first room was gross looking. I was assured that it was clean, and the various colors I saw were just discoloration from age, but I was still immediately offered (and accepted) a new room. The family room they gave me instead of the standard room was very large, but the layout was strange. The shower was in the same room as the beds, so I don't think it would be ideal for families, but seems like it might be lots of fun for swingers or a similar group of "close friends." The overall impression I got of the hotel is that maintenance is lacking. There's lots of peeling paint and other signs of wear that aren't being addressed.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Switzerland and had a wonderful experience. The location is super convenient for travelers, the surroundings are lovely, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly. One of the best parts? It’s pet-friendly! Traveling with our furry friend was effortless, and we truly appreciated the hotel’s hospitality. Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The location was convenient for our trip from Malpensa Airport to Lago Maggiore. The staff was amazing. We arrived late, due to a delayed flight, and since we had no opportunity to eat, they provided some water and croissants for free. The breakfast was complete with good products. I definitely recommend this place.

In my opinion, the bead was not very comfortable.

Location is comfy once you travel with car or on bike - it is basically next to the big road. Room was spacious, modern and equiped with effective air-condition. Beds are comfy, large table available, many hangers and storage space. Not far from lakes or Milan, ideal area if you are entering Italy from abroad. If you are staying here, take breakfast! We did not take it and I regret our decision till now, it looked amazing - make your time for it.

Hotel garage for extra fee (but you can park outside for free). Bathroom and bedroom is divided by visible-through glassy wall - you better choose your room partner wisely :D

We got upgraded to a bigger room, the room was super big and clean with the kitchen annex and balcony. Hotel placed in quiet area, a lot of parking space, exceptional breakfast included. The reception was very helpful with all the questions we had and great recommendations where given for te food nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, the very helpful staff informed us that they had upgraded our room free of charge. Instead of a regular room, we stayed in a suite. The suite was a really big upgrade - beautiful! A whirlpool, above average comfortable bed, refrigerator... The breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly - from the receptionists to the cleaners. The prices of additional drinks from the fridge were fair and the offer was good. The parking lot is easily accessible. Despite the fact that we lived with a larger group of vacationers who were in this hotel at the time, we did not feel any excessive crowding or noise.

Switches in the rooms are poorly marked and "scattered" on the walls. No logic to figure out what each switch means. For example, there were led lights above the whirlpool - it was a real adventure to figure out how to turn them on. The accommodation is located right next to a busy road and is far from "civilization". You really need a car... Access to the accommodation is only from one direction, so it is sometimes necessary to drive up and down before reaching the hotel.

The hotel needs to work with its soundproofing. Bed pillows are not comfortable, should be change it’s almost flat to the bed.

We enjoyed the location as it was secluded and close to our friends in Vergiate. The room was comfy and cleaned every day. The lobby wss beautiful and it had childrens area for our kid to play. He loved it

The staff was very nice and caring. The parking was just at the door of our room, very convenient

The color of our room was red and black, this felt very strange. I have never seen a room with this kind of colors. And the lighting in the room was poor above the table.
