I was staying 3 nights to attend a course and this hotel was the within walking distance. I was given a check in code as I was arriving after 10. I didn't need it as staff were still there to help. Room and bathroom were very clean. I stayed on 2nd floor. The hotel is great value for money. I had breakfast only one of the days.

The bedhead was close to the hallway side of the room and you can hear very clearly into your neighbour's room. When someone else opened their door, it sounded like my door was also trying to get unlocked. Of course it wasn't, but as a women traveling alone, it disturbed my sleep. This is my only negative and the hotel was otherwise quiet. Hotel was as advertised and I was a very satisfied customer.

I especially liked the friendliness of the staff and the cozy feeling in the hotel. The hotel was fully booked, but our room was suitably isolated so there was no noise. The breakfast was simple, but tasty.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide range of croissants, fruits and salty foods. The staff was helpful and kind. Near the hotel was its Restaurant, and it was so good too. In the hotel there is some so cool, antik furniture (at the reception and next to the stairs) which are really nice.

Our room was on the 2. floor, and there isn't lift. The room was a little bit cold, but the staff gave us the controller of the air conditioner, and with that, we had the perfect temperature. In the hotel there is no restaurant, we have to walk a bit. It is at the suburb, every sight is far away.

The breakfast waitress was excellent. She made delicious coffee and gave us great help with train trade to Milan

The carpet in the halls and steps needs urgent renewal

The bed was really comfortable. I enjoyed being in an antique hotel with such a high ceiling

The staff were excellent. They knew in front what we wanted and served quickly without any flaw.

Everything is still allright but very dated. Rooms were clean and staff hospitable.

Price quality, relatively high room rate for what you get.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Nice breakfast and staff helped to arrange a taxi to the station on our check out day. Thank you all.
