Location and view are superb. All staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. Breakfast was delightful. Dinner exceptional. Very clean pool in lovely environs. Would stay an extra week if they had room, but we will certainly be back. A wonderful place to escape from the world.

Hard to think, but maybe room cleaning could be a little more thorough - a huge cobweb with flies has remained over our bed on the ceiling for a week.

This charming family run pensione type hotel is situated on the edge of Lago di Varese…and from the outset there is a wonderful welcome. It’s so pretty and the garden with outdoor pool is fantastic. The food and dining experience are exceptional & the breakfast is phenomenal. We also had a room with the most stunning view over the lake

My one and only very small criticism is that there were two separate parties hosted at the hotel over the two nights we were there and the music was quite loud until quite late.

Perfect place for vacation .. We are family of 4 .. we took 1 room for parents and 1 for children. Great room Conditioner Comfortable beds Breakfast is perfect and with view on the pool and on the lake .. Nature around is beautiful The pool is available from 10 to 19. You can go to walk near the lake .. we even swimmed in the lake, but the pool is better)) We did not try the lunch and dinner in the hotel as we had a plan of restaurants in advance, but it looks also perfect. 30 min driving from Milan airport

No disadvantages.

The location, the view of the lake was wonderful. The breakfast was perfect, fresh fruits and croissant was excellent. If you want something else like extra cheese, bread...etc, they are also providing them. The dinner was the best dinner I have ever had around this area. I ate sea food and they were very delicious.

Adored our stay here. A little slice of sleepy paradise in the Italian lakes, with the loveliest staff. Pool is uncrowded (usually one other couple), rooms so peaceful and a treat of a dinner looking out over the sunset.

Excellent location in a very quiet neighborhood, great views of the lake and mountains, and perfect for cyclists as the villa is right on the bicycle path. Very nice dinner menu.

the lake is a few steps away, but I couldn't find any viable access to it. but the pool at the villa is also nice

Very peaceful and tranquil location, also usefully close to Malpensa Airport - the perfect place to stay when we want total relaxation, superb food and you have a late flight into Milan. Hotel is fabulous, with a certain French style chic. Location at side of lake is idyllic. Restaurant is also wonderful, though quite up-market.
