The receptionists were incredibly helpful and nice! The facilities were amazing, there is a huge relaxing area and everything is new and modern with Neon lights.There are some board games also. There was also honesty bar where you can take drinks and snacks as well as coffee. The rooms were nice and they were cleaned every day during our stay. If you are coming with a car, they also have a lot of parking spaces as well as a garage. It is a perfect location if you plan to visit Milan, Como and Lugano. We had a great time!

The room door is not really good as we could hear noise from the hallway.

It was modern and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nice that there’s an honesty bad with things available. Also a big supermarket very closely. Big and comfortable bed, nice hairdryer and shower.

If you don’t have a car, the location is not good. Even dangerous to walk around there, because there’s no space for pedestrians. I would have liked to watch Netflix one night, and that wasn’t possible (maybe bring your HDMI adapter to use the phone on the screen?). It’s a big TV but only available to watch Italian news.

The hotel offers shared areas that were very nice, with tv, games; cute. The bathroom was big, which is always a plus. But I would say for me the highlight was the staff, extremely nice and helpful, had the initiative to help out before you even asked. And the AC worked wonders.

The curtains can't go up more than half the way, and they have velcro to keep them hanging, so I had them fall a couple of times when I was trying to manage them. The beds are -memory foam- so it's not ideal but it's comfortable enough for a good night sleep. And I wish the lighting, at least in the bathroom, was a little more generous, it wasn't an ideal situation to put your makeup on.

Staff are exceptional; great attention to detail, and friendly. Breakfast is first class. Rooms are well equipped and beds are comfortable. Bottled water is replaced each day. Large, well designed, communal area with microwave, tea/coffee machine, and option to purchase food/drink Everything is kept super clean.

Wifi good, but could be a bit stronger.

The only thing that was strange and I hope it will change in the future is that you couldnt control the A/C from the room. You had to ask the receptionist to change rhe temperature and the fan speed.

Personnel did not allow to change TV channels in cafeteria/relax room to watch Champions League final. That was very weird. Location such that nothing much to do around if without car.

We had an amazing time at Stay Hotel. The hotel was renovated recently and it looks great. There is free parking for guests. Breakfast is plentiful with all sort of options. There is a coffee machine that is available 24/7 as well as a fridge with drinks and a selection of chocolates and snacks, which works with an Honesty System where you must write down whatever you take. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, with a very comfortable king size bed and a huge TV screen. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. In terms of location, it is located about 30 minutes from Malpensa airport and 10 minutes from Varese. There is not much to do on foot, but lots of options nearby if you have a car, like the Sacro Monte di Varese, Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Milan. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would like to congratulate the owners for doing such an amazing job.

Clean rooms, AC, fridge, kettle with coffee and tea selection, slippers, some extra ammenities like a shower cap (some ammenities are usually not available on a 3 star hotels). Nice clean shower with a rain shower head. Looked exactly as in the booking photos. Good breakfast. Easy checkin/checkout process, helpful staff. TV does not have some apps like YT, but YT is accessible via internet app on the TV.

Stay Hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! The concept is unique and modern, the breakfast and especially the coffee is delicious, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Good WiFi and free parking. If you’re looking for a place to stay close to Malpensa and Varese, this should be your choice.

The walls were a little thin. Location is not ideal for those without a car.

It looks amazing, the room was spectacular and comfortable, the staff incredibly nice and helpful and there was even a microwave in the common area. If the hotel had a pool and an electric charging station for cars we might’ve just stayed in our room instead of exploring Italy ;-)

Breakfast could be better, especially when it comes to bread etc. But it had a good variety so it wasn’t bad, just could have been a bit better.
