The hotel is situated in the suburb of Varese which makes it accessible even during rush hours. This part of the city is quiet, so one can sleep without being disturbed. There exists a big private parking space behind the hotel, parking space is always guaranteed. Room and bathroom are small but OK, towels are changed and cleaning is done each day, The breakfast is varied, warm meal (scrambled eggs, fried bacon, sausage), cold meal (ham and chease) and various delicious pastries are also served. The wifi is strong in the room and in the resaturant, too.

The air conditioner is not the strongest one. I always felt that the my room is much warmer than the corridor, despite the air conditioning was working continuously.

Good sized room that has been extensively updated, breakfast has a superb selection catering for all tastes and a free, large off road car park. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We are not big eaters and the full menu at €25 each is too much for us so we chose the Primi Pasta for my wife and the Secondi for myself, however this is then charged at €17 per dish each. Although the Pasta course was probably a larger portion this was still too much for my wife to finish. Perhaps, next time, we'll try ordering a smaller portion.

The hotel is not in the centre, but there is a bus stop nearby. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great and varied breakfast, from cereal, walnuts and almonds, to fruit, eggs, cheese & meat and bread and sweet pastries and cakes. The hotel also has a restaurant on site for lunch and dinner. Large and spacious room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Excellent WiFi. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the premises, the spacious parking, the pool, and the tasty pizzas of the restaurant. Loved the vast variety of breakfast. A big bravo to the staff of the hotel for their politeness and their willingness to help!!!!

I would like the room to have some wall hangers, both to the room and to the bathroom.

Comfortable clean hotel. The large pool is really enjoyable. The staff was very nice. A lot of choice for breakfast especially sweet. There is a big parking lot, and the hotel is a 15mn bus ride from the center. The quality-price ratio is really good.

The restaurant is not very good, with all warm food choices frozen food except the pizza.

Nice position of the hotel, very quiet. Good size room and bathroom. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is excellent an has everything that you need - salami, cheese, tomato, croissant, tea, coffee

Faster elevators

The room was large and comfortable. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. They gave us a very good cycling tip, which really made our stay outstanding. The breakfast buffet is vast.

The hotel is not in a very practical location. However, plenty of free parking is provided.

Little bit far from the city center, but still nice location.

The family room is enormous, more like an apartment. Although there is no door between the bedroom and the living room, the space is very well distributed. There is even a kitchenette. There is a large outside parking and a play room for small children. The hotel is located among big trees, it was so green and relaxing. The breakfast was abundant with choice for everyone.

Nothing, this is one of the best value for money hotels I’ve been to recently!

Polite staff. As soon as we encountered a problem with our room, they responded immediately and fixed it. The breakfast was very nice. There was always hot water, and the room had heating. I would go again.
