Extremely polite personnel, clean room, great location, all-in-all wonderful choice!

I know the cleaning personnel have to do their job, but they were very, very loud when cleaning the rooms, banging doors and other sounds that made it impossible to have a little quieter time at noon.

The location is great. The hotel is fantastic and the welcome although was late in the night, was friendly. The receptionist did a very good job. Breakfast was tasty and also the person responsible for the breakfast was very polite and ready to give the maximum attention to the request of the guests. The room was clean and the bathroom well equipped. I will suggest your hotel to my friends. Thanks again.

The location is perfect, staff are nice. It was very clean, the size of the bed was great. The room was fairly big and had a view onto the square. It was my second stay and I would chose the hotel again.

The windows on floor 4 (room 52) were strangely small, it wasn't super cozy. Lights were unpractical.

Friendly staff. Large room with all comfort. Large bathrrom, recently renovated, with all you need. Good choice of buffet breakfast, with home-made products. Very convenient location in the centre of Varese. Excellent ratio price/quality.

Great staff, super friendly welcome and also super cute staff at breakfast. Breakfast itself was really good, especially for Italian terms. Super nice bathroom with big shower. The room itself was small but it was all we needed. Comfy bed!

Small room, a little dark.

The location is fantastic. Free parking with behind gates and camera. Clean and fresh room with excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English.

Daniela and the staff were incredibly helpful to book bicycles, taxis, restaurants. The entire team were very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much to ask. We stayed at Europa for a week, the location was very, very good, close to great cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. Varese was surprisingly fun, we really loved the town. The rooms were lovely, very high ceilings meant a sense of space and we never heard another guest whilst in our room.

Breakfast was ok but I would have liked scrambled eggs and bacon in the menu.

Really friendly staff and great location: easily accessible by car - with a private (free) parking - and yet, it is directly at the beginning of the city pedestrian center. Since our last stay a few years ago, the hotel has been nicely refurbished
