Place and hotel is like the perfect conection of beauty and nature. I’m happy that I was part of this place for some period. Once it will be the best hotel in the world. At reception Alessandro was magnificent as a guide. He was the host that everyone want to have. Kind and helpfull - belive me, his attitude will let You feel that You are important for the place, not the money You spend there. All the parts of the hotel will be remembered for us as a gift for our anniversary. We will be back for sure.

Great welcome, with complimentary drinks and snacks, amazing room with great features and views, with complimentary fridge contents. Quality linen, comfortable bed. Superb bathroom. Massage was very professional and excellent Spa facilities. Beautiful outside seating area and ornamental pool.

Breakfast service was far too attentive, the eggs were never cooked right. Menu was too expensive and limited for lunch/dinner.

Nice panoramic view and beautiful room. Reception staff was helpful and made an effort to upgrade. Young guy at checkout was very kind and help us to get our luggage to funicular and down to the Como city. Highly recommend to pre book departure taxi transfer and reception should advise that at the arrival.

Taxi drivers were not so happy to drive to the hotel from Como. Breakfast options were a bit limited.

The location is absolutely breathtaking, right on top of the mountain with beautiful views. You have the Funicular ( tram ) as an easy mode of transport up and down the mountain directly at the hotel. The food was delicious and the spa was lovey. staff was very warm and helpful . had an excellent stay.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The service was amazing. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Over the top. The location is second to none.

Loved the boheme and elegant style! The staff was really helpful and attentive to our needs, it was a dream stay. The food and view are one of the best all around.

No outdoor pool and the indoor pool was not available, which was not made clear when I booked and paid.
