The hotel is more than outstanding at every level! If you want to stay close to Como, Bellagio, Lugano and Milan - this is your place. Its super comfortable, stylish, with huge rooms, amazing relax zone and rhe food.. is OMG! The breakfast is very high quality of everything. And the dinner.. the dinner is outstanding! Not only for the food, but for the service and amazing Maxx (sorry if im wrong with your name)! Thank you, Maxx, for all lovely dinners, for your outstanding service, for the best desserts that you give us and for that you are there every night! We definitely miss you! The Chef in the kitchen is one of best that we ever met. Thanks to all you guys for your hospitality, for the room upgrade, for all gifts that you give us every day and for everything. We were stayed to a lot of places and in one of most amazing hotels in the world, but this one will stay in our hearts with all these amazing people and we will definitely visit again! The service was outstanding ! The staff did their very best to accommodate us as we could not rent a car and were struggling to get taxis in high season. We had a written message every evening and every morning on the bed left by the cleaning team. The waiter at the restaurant could speak nearly every languages. The hotel itself is the most beautiful we’ve been to. The value for money is amazing.

Clean, quiet, сozy, almost everything is new. All areas of the hotel are skillfully surrounded by greenery. It's fine!

Breakfast - ham, marinated salmon, scrambled eggs. For a stay of 1-2 nights - normal. But if you are staying for 3 nights or more, then the choice of dishes is scarce. It is necessary to add salads, vegetables, oatmeal, sausages, a hot dish of chicken or turkey. The air conditioning in the room does not work well, it cannot cope in hot weather. The water in the outdoor pool at the room is very cold. Even at an outdoor temperature of 35 Сelcium degrees, you don't want to swim there. The pillows for sleeping are of poor quality, it is unpleasant to sleep on them. The Internet does not have enough speed.

The calm and peace it inspires! The clean aesthetics, the greenery around and the relaxation spots on the GF and the rooftop too ! Room was spacious and luminous and I loved especially the weave of the towels! Staff were very kind and helpful and we had always fresh treats in the room! Definitely recommend in fall or spring , and if you’re looking to be in a sophisticated place but away from the hustle of the big cities

The shower facility needed some maintenance

I absolutely loved this hotel! I stayed in the room with private swimming pool and I think that it was the best choice, the view of the room is amazing and swimming pool surrounded by the trees what is gorgeous. For me this hotel is the best place for doing kind of retreat and to stuck my mind from everything. SPA treatments are highly recommended! A huge warm thank you to all stuff of the hotel! Thanks to all of you I felt like in the second home! I’ll definitely will get back!

Set in a discreet location, this property is like a diamond in the rough. The minimalist design, lush gardens and tasteful details are an absolute delight.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night in Mid June 22 and were thrilled by the elegance and design of this amazing hotel. Arriving at the bistro with all the delicious homemade dolci, we were already totally in love with the surrounding and the hospitality of the staff. The biggest surprise was yet to come: We got a free upgrade because our stay was off-season so we were lucky enough to enjoy a private pool with our room. That was honestly so wonderful. In a nutshell: Amazingly friendly, we loved the food (you gotta try the pasta and cheese selection) and the design of the hotel with the minimalistic, still cozy elements. The only thing that you should to keep in mind: The hotel is within a pretty normal living area, a street directly nearby which was quite noisy. Apart from that I’d give a 10/10.
