Staff was very pleasant and professional. Location is perfect for visitors that have car or rent a car. It is close enough to Como and Lecco for a very pleasant drive, but maybe harder to use public transport. parking is free of charge around hotel and it easy to find place to park. Breakfast was fresh and basic. Scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes are premade. Also if something is missing, staff will bring it immediately. Coffee, juice, yogurt, jam... Really basic but enough. If you prefer omelette you can order with additional charge. Our room was on the side of hotel right next to railway, but train does not pass often and it did not disturb us during sleep. View of the mountain was great.

We came April 1st and it was still very cold outside but also inside, with no carpets in room it was really cold. We were told that the room temperature is set fixed to 22 Celsius degrees as a "pleasant temperature", but it was not. It was not possible to heat up the rooms. We complained mostly because we have small kids and it was too cold to shower. Receptionist came and turned on heating in the bathroom as the only additional source of heat. After few hours temperature was finally ok. I would recommend that you book in more warmer months perhaps. Other then that everything was fine.

Breakfast excellent reception sitting for guests is excellent... Location very nice because Como Lake or other towns Leco are not so far. 30 to 40 minutes drive....

I had paid everything already But when I reached early first lady told now 12 am you can check in 14:00 o clock then moved for visit other town. Secondly they charged me 27 € extra for Local Tax. I had already paid a high amount. that is not fear.

A very well-maintained hotel with nice rooms and service, very good breakfast, the opportunity to eat a good dinner and drink a delicious draft beer in the restaurant next door. You can also use the bar in the hotel. Ideal location if you are traveling by car and want to see Lake Como.

There is no many places to walk by foot, because hotel located near highway, but it was not a problem for us.

The location was good as a one-night stay during our road trip. The hotel itself is new and stylish. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite tasty! We liked the many different desserts and pastries available.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms, which is quite inconvenient during summer. There is more than enough space to add a mini-fridge in my opinion. One of the rooms we booked came with a broken A/C, which meant that the window had to be kept open. The window itself had a broken hinge and felt like it would fall apart at any moment. The lack of a bug net also led to the room being filled with dozens of mosquitos and flies in no time.

Big room and warm , clean!

I had paid for three nights and I got there for check in later with two days, reason flight canceled, and I ask them to have my room ready, they text me back and agreed, but on I got there for check-in they did not have the room ready, so I was disappointed because of this situation !

Spacious room and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was significantly better than I had expected after some other 3-star hotel stays in Italy. The stay was topped off with an amazing breakfast with big selection. Everything tasted great. Certainly, the hotel is not situated near any important touristic location. However, it's perfectly connected, being near the motorway. Would definitely book a night again on my next trip into Italy.

Location was very handy for lecco. Staff very helpful and room was very clean.

Shower was a shower over bath which was hopeless and the shower screen did nothing the water poured onto the floor. Difficult to have a shower. The wardrobes were very poor as the hanging rail was far too low and all my wife's clothes were getting crushed. Also you only have one sliding wardrobe door and when closed only one side of the wardrobe is covered. A lot of wasted space as the top shelves were far too high to be of any use. Hard to control temperature of room as you set the stat and nothing happens.

Good space and cleaned rooms. Very good soundproof. Good breakfast for value. Good parking over and under ground

Good location with parking outside. 24hr check in. Breakfast provided was very good. Jessica was very helpful in translating for me.

No kettle. I was charged for bottle of water. The towel heater in the bathroom did not work.
