Easy to find and access and plenty of parking, great reception area. Very good breakfast if you like pastries, and the beds were super comfy and the shower was excellent with good pressure. Easy access to como and bergamo. There is an American style restaurant in the building which had a soft play for kids as long as you buy a meal. The kids loved it and was a big win

The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. Super annoying with young kids when you want some privacy but they did have good clean toilets in the reception area. The hotel is right by a highway. I was worried it would be very noisy but we had a room on the 5th floor and while there was some noise, with some ear plugs I ended up sleeping very well

Very spacious room and excellent selection for breakfast. Room was clean and very modern.

Location was next to a busy highway, although it was expected. For this reason, you have to keep the windows closed. The air conditioner in the room was not cool enough and although you have controls to set the temperature and fan speed, this didn't make any difference as it seems that it was controlled centrally by the hotel.

We stayed just one night at HSM Hotel San Martino and really enjoyed it. The location is peaceful with lovely countryside and mountain views. Our room was impressively spacious and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and even spoke a bit of French, which was appreciated. No mini fridge, but overall a great stay!

Staff was very pleasant and professional. Location is perfect for visitors that have car or rent a car. It is close enough to Como and Lecco for a very pleasant drive, but maybe harder to use public transport. parking is free of charge around hotel and it easy to find place to park. Breakfast was fresh and basic. Scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes are premade. Also if something is missing, staff will bring it immediately. Coffee, juice, yogurt, jam... Really basic but enough. If you prefer omelette you can order with additional charge. Our room was on the side of hotel right next to railway, but train does not pass often and it did not disturb us during sleep. View of the mountain was great.

We came April 1st and it was still very cold outside but also inside, with no carpets in room it was really cold. We were told that the room temperature is set fixed to 22 Celsius degrees as a "pleasant temperature", but it was not. It was not possible to heat up the rooms. We complained mostly because we have small kids and it was too cold to shower. Receptionist came and turned on heating in the bathroom as the only additional source of heat. After few hours temperature was finally ok. I would recommend that you book in more warmer months perhaps. Other then that everything was fine.

The hotel looked as if it was brand new. Everything was really clean and welcoming. We were very happy with the room, beds comfort and bathroom. The breakfast is really above average than it other hotels that claim to have even more stars. It was really nicely presented and the quality of products was very good. Hotel has also an underground parking. We were really happy with everything and really recommend this hotel.

Very clean, helpful staff ( they borrowed us a charger for the entire night as we forgot ours), massive bed and nicely sized room. We had a great stay. Room had balcony. Free parking. Just off the main road but very quiet.

The only thing missing for me was a kettle and fridge in the room. And also instead of the iron there is only steamer available. But we still had a good stay :)

Breakfast excellent reception sitting for guests is excellent... Location very nice because Como Lake or other towns Leco are not so far. 30 to 40 minutes drive....

I had paid everything already But when I reached early first lady told now 12 am you can check in 14:00 o clock then moved for visit other town. Secondly they charged me 27 € extra for Local Tax. I had already paid a high amount. that is not fear.

A very well-maintained hotel with nice rooms and service, very good breakfast, the opportunity to eat a good dinner and drink a delicious draft beer in the restaurant next door. You can also use the bar in the hotel. Ideal location if you are traveling by car and want to see Lake Como.

There is no many places to walk by foot, because hotel located near highway, but it was not a problem for us.

Room was very clean, breakfast variety was good, very good with baked, good yogurts and coffee.

Wi-Fi was not working, mobile internet connection was quite poor. Air conditioner didn't help to decrease a temperature. When it's hot, it would be nice to have a place to refill bottles with fresh water/ice cubes.

The location was good as a one-night stay during our road trip. The hotel itself is new and stylish. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite tasty! We liked the many different desserts and pastries available.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms, which is quite inconvenient during summer. There is more than enough space to add a mini-fridge in my opinion. One of the rooms we booked came with a broken A/C, which meant that the window had to be kept open. The window itself had a broken hinge and felt like it would fall apart at any moment. The lack of a bug net also led to the room being filled with dozens of mosquitos and flies in no time.
