Excellent hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, the hotel is quiet and relaxing. We needed 2 adjacent rooms, there wasn't such option via booking but I wrote to the hotel via booking and they arranged exactly what we needed with no additional cost. In Erba there are great restaurants, a pool, great carting place, it is close to Como but is very quiet.

A misunderstanding basically. In the past the hotel had had a pool and in some old sites there is a photo with it, so we thought there is a pool now. Anyway it was an error on our part. The hotel staff guided us to a nice local pool nearby.

Quiet location.

Told there was no bar! But they served beer, which after a long wait never came, then we were told no ice, then no fridge? Inexcusable. We seemed to be the only two guests in an 80 room hotel, but we did see three others at breakfast. Which made me wonder why we were put on a floor where they were cleaning many rooms! It must have been busy the night before.

The hotel offers an outstanding experience, with exceptional service led by the hotel manager, Silvia, and her sister. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail make guests feel at home. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s facilities, including the restaurant and wellness center, are top-notch. Overall, it’s a highly recommended place for a memorable and luxurious stay.

Not really something I did not like but as a Dutch person everything in the bathroom isvery low if you are tall. Just something to take into consideration
