But the pancakes were perfect! Thanks to the staff who offered it when almost all other food was out. Coffee was OK! The panoramic view was magnificent!

Breakfast ran out pretty fast. We came 20 minutes before closing – there was almost no food. Also, no vegetarian/vegan options. It would be perfect if staff will start cleaning after the breakfast time is ended. It was a bit fussy.

Very good service. The personal helped us out when we asked to change our room as it was very hot and possible issue with the thermostat. Clean. Free parking. Basic breakfast- nothing special but you will definitely not stay hungry. It was also nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room. Carrefour is very close to the hotel. If you are traveling by car- this hotel is a good choice.

The hotel is near bus stop but you need about 20 mins to reach Como and the bus frequency is once an hour and no bus late in the night , latest is 9 pm ish . There was no clear guidance by the hotel reception on the tours , transport . Usually hotels have lot of pamphlets on tours , things to see . This was the only thing I felt was missing in the hotel. Otherwise it was a very good comfortable stay.

All was perfect, especially the staff Kurram helped us to manage the ambulance to hotel as my wife was too tired. Also, Franchisca was very helpful and referred a laundry shop to us where it was perfect.

One thing is when I asked the at breakfast to make me an omlete with cheese, they said will charge me € 7.5 which should be free of charge as most of good hotels do provide but generally the food was V. good

Quiet hotel in relation to the location. Very friendly staff. Restaurant and breakfast were good. clean and large enough room with parking space in front of the rooms. we were offered a covert parking space without additional fee.

The best thing about our room was that it included a covered parking space, so the car was always cool when we got in! If you stay at this hotel, you really need a car. Otherwise, the room was fine, shower was okay, and air con was quiet on the lowest setting and kept the room cool.

The breakfast was very hit and miss. We stayed for 5 nights and went for breakfast around 9am and it ranged from average to poor depending how busy it had been earlier and what food was still available. The staff did try, but it all seems a little disjointed. The breakfast room design is terrible - people entering and exiting where the majority of the food is located. There isn't a massive choice of food on offer, so the hotel need to make sure what's on offer is available. On two days there were no croissants available by 9.15am.

The room and ensuite were great and the staff were very friendly. We were able to borrow a travel adapter when we realised that Italian plugs aren't the same as other European ones.

Breakfast is very disorganized and items run out very quickly. There were not enough staff available for clearing tables and serving coffee. There are 4 odd steps leading up to the coridoor for several of the rooms. This means there is no lift and you enter through a fire door which seems off. The location isn't great unless you have a car - the public bus to Como is acceptable but very infrequent especially on a Sunday and doesn't run very late. The alternatives are to stay nearby Albavilla for dinner but there are few restaurants and there are no pavements so walkingn 20 minutes in the dark isn't pleasant. We enquired at the hotel reception about taxis and they weren't very helpful.

The room is big, storage spaces available, the bed was super comfy, had a ground floor one and was able to open the windows. The staff is very nice and accommodating. THE VIEW !!! It is a very good hotel and worth the money, eould always book here instead of smth more expensive and lower quality in Como(15 min drive). Dog friendly!! Wide parking spots and free!

At breakfast maybe make sure to refill some of the options. I got there a bit after 9, there was just one bread bun available, almost everything was empty. People that came after me had no bread at all and went for the packed dry bread slices, but still. A refill came like 20 mi before the end of the breakfast but no guests left to eat it. Not sure what the options are, I only found omlette,that was tasty, fruits and cereals. Some meat slices but am vegetarian so didn't bothered. Also, not sure if there were vegetarian options before i got there, but if i'd be a vegan, bread and jam would have been my breakfast. And fruits.

The location is fabulous. Everything was great, the entire hotel is very clean and comfortable. Parking is more than enough. The staff was very friendly.

Very good value, exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern facility, and friendly staff. Good location away from the hustle and bustle of Como but still close enough by car. Gorgeous views as in the hills and cliffs of Italy. Breakfast had a huge variety of freshly made food (very good value). Hotel staff were friendly and eager to help and serve. I would stay here again no hesitations and would highly recommend it.
