The three of us had a big room with 1 double and 1 single bed. Even we could see the street we didn’t hear a single car. The room was not the most modern I have ever seen but it looked nice, good maintained and everything you need. The breakfast offered everything necessary from juice, milk, toast, croissants and the usual sweets you get in Italy

Don’t know why there are so many comments about an old hotel and modest breakfast. Just expect a 4 star- and your expectations will be exceeded.

On arrival, easy to park, staff were very helpful and after a long drive the relaxing drink in the bar was very welcome. Room was comfortable with a terrace to sit out on which was very peaceful. Buffet breakfast was very good, alot of choice and enjoyed the TWO cappucino coffees. Certainly will stay again.

Nothing not to like, very refreshed after our stay, sorry it was only for one night.

Nice breakfast, drinks served by the really kind staff. Reception with all necessary information - quick check-in & check-out, no problem with English. Good quality and price. Pleasant view from the balcony with mountains in the background.

We missed the information in the room whether the drinks available in a pretty loud fridge were additionally paid, so we left them unattended 🙂. A bit wavy road to the hotel which is situated near quite busy street.

Perfect old school hotel which I prefer. Everything looks like from 70ties but same time clean, classic and cozy. The hotel as it must be! I love it!

Location was close to a couple of restaurants and in a swift driving distance to a super market. Not much to see or do around though. Good coffee, prepared by hand and the employee of the night shift was super friendly and helpful. He also put some carton on car window to avoid getting frozen (ice from low temperatures). Room was clean, with a big bathroom, a balcony which is very handy for smokers and the air conditioning system was quite good.

Breakfast could be improved by adding some milk and cereals, a toaster machine including incredients for toast and some juice. despite that, everything was ok and clean.

Great location, 10 minutes south of Como and that means that it is a great starting point for a day drive through the lake in either directions: whether the ouest banks or the east banks. The staff is great, the breakfast buffet has all what you need, and I was offered to make me a hot beverage if the regular coffee in display was not to my taste. The rooms are quite specious. I had a double room and the bed was king size. My room even had a sunny terrasse. The bathroom is quite modern and has all utilities.

I love this hotel for its spacious rooms, friendly staff and parking facilities. I always manage to relax here, as everything in the hotel runs smoothly.
