Me, my partner and our dog had booked this hotel for one night so we can rest after reaching Italy by boat on our trip from Greece to Belgium. Our boat was delayed so we were not able to make it to the hotel in time for check in (by 11:00pm). However the woman in the reception was very accomodative and helpfull since she agreed to wait for us until 1:30 am to check us in our room and not lose our reservation. We thank her very much and we really appreciate it since otherwise we would probably have to sleep in the car. Even though we only spent a few hours at the hotel we found the room to be beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful and got us a spot in the restaurant even though we arrived quite late. The beds were comfortable and a good clean bathroom. Spatious room.

Parking on premise is very limited, we got the last spot. Out on the street there is very little parking nearby.

Free coffees and Aircon!! Camping in 38 degrees was not a good idea and this place saved us! Booked and checked in within 12hrs.

Staff were friendly. The room was nice with a good bathroom and shower. Everything was very clean.

The accommodation is about an hour out of central Como. There is a bus stop very near by but should be factored in. Not close to other restaurants or shops. Our friends who stayed with us had a much bigger room for cheaper than what we paid. We were also charged tourist tax before departure.

Our room had a great view and a good working A/C. Breakfast was good, but nothing super special. The receptionists were lovely and offered us free coffee! Bathrooms were spacious and had everything you could need. We ended up staying here twice during our trip and had a good stay!

Wi-fi didn't work from our room, we had to walk to the reception area to get connection!

It was conveniently located at about 10 minutes drive to lake Como. Clean room and nice staff. The restaurant was a nice surprise as menu was delicious!

the entrance to the (underground) parking is very narrow, making it quite a tricky process to drive in and out
