The location is excellent and easy to access for our needs as it takes 5 mins away to our main objective why we go to Como. However, this is our 2nd time to stay and I appreciate and admire the place for the cleanliness and atmosphere of the surrounding, you could feel the nature.

Unfortunately, on our last stay there were a family that have 2 small kids that was already playing outside and we heard their noise (crying out loud) so our sleep got distracted. Nevertheless it is not the Hotel fault. Still we enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom was tiny the shower itself was very very tiny. When you arrive you feel like you got scammed because two apartment buildings are still under construction. You need the car to get to a restaurant or any shops

We only stayed for a night on our way to Southern France but were happy enough with the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable enough. The pictures were all accurate so you are able to judge for yourself if it’s the place for you to spend your vacation. For us personally it might be a bit too far from the city. The team, however, was extremely nice and friendly, at the reception as well as in the breakfast area. We felt very welcome and would come back any time to stay for a night.

It appeared to be newly renovated. The room worked well for our family of five. The breakfast impressed me also; wide variety and good quality. Parking was good, but we did not need to use the underground garage. If/when I return to Como, I absolutely will look here for accommodations.

Barking dog! Wow, this dog went on and on, but must have belonged to an adjacent neighbor. Eventually it stopped, but no getting to sleep early with that disturbance.

It’s a new property away from the Main Street. A group of 4 buildings where the rooms are. Part of the property still under construction but it presents itself very well with well kept garden yards at the front of the buildings and tables and chairs on the terrace by the reception, lovely in summer I am sure. To welcome you will be ready a welcome drink. Glass of red wine for us. The room was clean, very firm comfortable bed and for the smokers a good size balcony. Breakfast is ok. As I like coffee in the morning I was surprised by the automatic Lavazza coffee machine. Very good coffee comes out of it. Pastries, cakes, cereals and the usual cured meats and cheese that you find in most of the hotels. Very clean kitchen in the breakfast room

It’s a new property so they will need time to create I think a better space for the breakfast. More space. Maybe in summer time tables outside on the terrace could available for this meal. Other than that all very good.

Rooms, service, breakfast, free parking, location (it's not in the center, but it's close to it and not far away from a highway). We will consider this hotel for our future trips into Como area or for passing by on the way to/from Italy.

Small area for breakfast. Not a big deal during spring/summer/early autumn, but in the winter with quite a few guests it's becoming a bit of a problem.

I randomly booked the place because it has the lowest price at that moment and I needed some kind of refuge for the night so I really wasn’t expecting anything.. when i got there with my child I was surprised by how the staff handled my situation so well. They were all so kind and polite. The room was a tidy and I like how every room was well equipped and has a balcony. Breakfast was good. I will definitely go back.

I stayed 2 days in this Hotel and it was really good and comfortable. Room was warm and clean. In the hotel was quiet what was so important. Stuff in the Hotel was very helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was tasty and was many things to choose. Lady in the kitchen was very grateful. It was a pleasure to stay in this Hotel. Highly recomended.

Modern hotel. Warm comfortable.perfect room. 15 min by car from como lake. You will have a covered parking lot. If you are without car I would probably not book this hotel

Nothing, but if I really have to mention something. There is no elevator, so you will need to carry your baggage for one floor. The receptionist was very kind and she also offered to help

If you have a car the location is perfect to visit all the surrounding area without the discomfort of city center, which you will not visit a lot anyway. The staff in this hotel are amazing, i had a late check in with my family and we arrived after 1:30am, it was a smooth self check in with clear instructions. AC works fine, but with automatic sensor, so it is not always on, yet the room temperature is stable. We did not have breakfast during our stay so i can't write about it. In general, great for it's value, very respected and helpful staff, and best location to visit lake Garda, Milan, and other areas.
