The staff is very kind, welcoming and helpful! They offer their guests a complimentary drink/coffee etc so as I checked out in the morning I was offered a coffee and pastry, it was great! The bed was large and comfortable and they provided many towels. The location is outside of the craziness, but close enough to enjoy the city.

The doors are thin and sound travels easily so I was woken up in the morning by the housekeeper and the wifi was not so great in my room. But both are things that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again!

The staff was available, pleasant and very helpful. The location is very central within Como and easily accessible to the San Giovani train station as well as rental car facilities. Easy walking distance to downtown but on a quiet street.

It happens in Italy but be advised there is no elevator at this property so traveling light is helpful.

Great little hotel in Lake como. Clean rooms and spacious. Wonderful shower and was close to the train station, the ferry and a laundromat. Best part has a local bakery was also close by. Would recommend if you need to stay in lake como.

The wifi connection was a bit spotty even with three options. There was also no fan in the restroom/shower room so it got quite muggy and humid. But overall great stay.

The location is good and the rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Coffee very good

Parking is a bit challenging. On street never saw an available spot (2 days). There are Public parking facilities fairly close though (Euro 24/day)

Amazing location as it's close to the train station (9min walk) close to lake como it's self (10-15min walk) whilst being away from main roads! Amazing mattress, big bed, always good to have a well rested night sleep after long travels. Extra pillows in cupboard, safe and good bathroom facilities!

Lift not working but staff apologised for this

The room was so beautiful designed, the bed was very comfortable. Just one note, it is pretty short. I am 1,73m and laying down straight my feet looked out. But overall it was amazing! Everything was walkable and super close to the lake. Parking is possible in a public parking for a day fee.

Great to have a kettle but to use it I had to go under the desk to connect to electrical power so needs rethink on how clients use the kettle.

This lovely boutique hotel was on a quaint street just outside the main city center and very close to the San Giocomo train station. I was a bit concerned that it wasn't going to be as good as the pictures, but instead, it exceeded my expectation from the size of the room, the bathroom, the comfort of the bed/pillows and the unique experience. Wendy who checked us in was amazingly helpful, Luca was there each night to greet us after dinner and helped us print some tickets to an event we were attending, and Laura was there every morning with an amazing smile and happily got us our espresso and breakfast.

There was nothing that I didn't like at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Parking is a challenge. The doors are locked sometimes because of people on the street. Staff often outside smoking, but that’s Italy. I suspect I left a shirt there, but staff has not found it.

Modern renovated hotel with good facilities. Drinking glasses in the room and air that actually worked when set at 16 degrees C would be good.

Parking is horrible. They kept saying you park on street but not once the 3 days we were there. Had to walk 1.,5 is to car and back. The shower, whilst a large rainfall style, floods the bathroom and turn it into a skating rink.
