Great location very central.

There was no kettle or coffee/tea making in room and no fridge just so future travellers are aware. First time we have stayed in accommodation without these facilities! There was also a strong foul odour coming out of shower plug hole on our 3rd night!

The location was excellent-- centrally located in Como in a large piazza with many restaurants, close to the lakefront and ferry docks. The hotel front desk allowed us to store our luggage before we checked in. There was a heated towel rack in the bathroom that was handy for drying clothes that we washed in the sink. The room was clean and felt new, with plenty of windows that made it feel bright and welcoming. Very nice large shower with rainfall shower head as well as hand-held nozzle. Free bottled water in the room, replaced daily. Comfortable bed. Plenty of power outlets for charging phones. The hotel has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We had dinner there a couple of times during our stay, and the food and service was excellent.

Our room had no coffee maker, fridge or microwave. Of course, great coffee can be found all over Como, so this was not a major problem. The hotel's central location also means that there was a bit of noise during the day and later into the evenings, but the thick windows blocked most of that out.

For the price I would have expected 24 hour reception and basic amenities such as a kettle and fridge in my room. My room was on the top floor and there were stairs for the final level. The helpful young man on reception carried my bag when I arrived but I had to manage on my own when leaving (as no reception in the morning).

The location, in a lovely square full of restaurants and bars. Only a 5 minute walk from the Lake and main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Anita and Francessca on the main reception desk. They went over and above the call of duty, allowing us to keep our bottles of prosecco.in the hotel's fridge and they also supplied an iron and board. They were always extremely pleasant and very helpful too. The room was modern with an extremely comfortable bed and a nice big window. Just a couple of extra plug sockets would have been useful but other than that it was perfect.

great location; right in the center and a cat‘s stroll away from the train station. Great beds with high quality beding and linen.

Room right above the bar is during summer months a nightmare since the loudspeakers are placed just underneath the windows. We had to change rooms after miserable fist night. 2nd and 3rd floor are safe in that regard. Breakfast cannot be expected - only coffee and sweets. Unfortunately, Breakfast culture is pretty unknown in Italy in general so no blame for that as we knew it and did not except too much. I think that Hotel Mgt and Restaurant Mgt do not belong to the same party. It‘s pity with regard to the fact that you always have to pay directly and cannot put it to the bill.

Unfortunately I only stayed for 1 night, not much for a super review. But the hotel was well located, in the center and next to the ferry/boat departure, on the ground floor there is a very cozy restaurant/bar, including where breakfast (which I didn't try) is served, paid separately.

The only inconvenience is that the reception is only open from 2pm to 9pm, and you cannot check in or check out outside this period.

Amazing location. Lovely big rooms. Great bar and a good vibe. Friendly and helpful staff. Pillows were like sleeping on air!

Needs small fridge in the room. No hooks to hang the towels on in our bathroom. Need an extra mirror in the room somewhere other than in the wardrobe. Pretty minor things, don’t let this put you off.

Loved the spacious rooms, chic and elegantly designed interioriors with minimalistic yet user-friendly touch. The location is unbeatable and the Cafe downstairs is quite convenient for gatherings when travelling as a group.

The location bears with it quite some noise till late night hours.

Room on the top floor was quiet, large, very comfortable. Lots of light but shades worked well to let us enjoy sleeping in a little on vacation. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great breakfast at the restaurant on property. Location on the main Piazza in Como was terrific!

Last hike up to the room was stairs, elevator didn’t reach the top floor. Also there are so many light switches and operations (For skylights) that it was hard to figure out how to turn lights on/ off.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is superb, just 5 mins from the lake with plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. We had a superior twin room with a balcony and loved it. The staff were very friendly, especially Anita, who went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one.

The only issue we had, and it didn't spoil our holiday at all, was that the bathroom flooded each time we had a shower. It was set up as a wet room and needed mopping up with towels after each shower.
