This is a cool location as it is central to Como Lake and attractions…breakfast is excellent and included…parking is 20 E per day and directly in front…which is wonderful. Best part is one of the owners jumped on his bike to find us as we could not locate the hotel…it is confusing…the owner said stay where you are and I will find you…he did in 5 minutes and we followed his bicycle to the hotel…incredible…I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised and appreciative…and he did it with a smile. caring owners are obvious in this hotel…kudos to the owners and staff…DR. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great very close to main shopping area with little shops, cafes, restaurant and bars. Air condition in room. I lost my driving license in hotel car park. The hotel contacted me on my further travel and organised a courier to send it to our next travel destination. Worked perfect. Thank you so much.

Long walk with multiple bags from train station to hotel. Nothing to do with the Hotel - more about the way we travelled with large amount of luggage.

Retro charm about the place. Great location, big rooms 20 euro parking available. Centre of the city which is always nice. Bright rooms as well.

Retro charm is being generous. Would be a really fun project to do the place up—get rid seemingly hundreds of random bits of furniture around the place. There are plenty of spaces around the hotel that are crying out for an update.

I booked myself a single room. The room itself was small but equipped with everything I needed for a weekend away in Como. A built-in hair dryer came in handy. Super clean, both the room, showers etc. Great location and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and the lake.

The only downside is that the walls are paper thin; I heard my neighbour snore and other guests in the hallway returning at night. But that's about it.

Amazing location although tricky to drive to it. Ended up parking close by and asking the staff for directions from where we had stopped (basically had to drive round the outside of the walled centre (it does say in the instructions which we'd missed). The reception staff could not have been more helpful

Breakfast was a little uninspiring with less than expected choice and little effort put into the table placings with basic cutlery and no attention to detail.

We loved this old traditional hotel! The location is fantastic in the heart of the town. The room was comfortable and clean, yes dated but it’s Italy and it gave you the feel of being in Italy! Far too many places are getting the modern cold look now. For location alone it’s 10/10.

The only thing is parking, there are only a few spaces at the hotel but they give you a ticket and directions to the underground safe and secure public car park 2 blocks away which if you have lots of luggage isn’t ideal. It’s a faff tbh because we arrived hoping to park up and check in and after a very long 5 hour drive from the south of France which was tiring we then had to move the car and leave the luggage in the reception. Also on departure we had to collect the car then find our way back to pick up the luggage so this is why I gave it a 9.

I had a lovely stay here after a terrible airbnb experience that caused me to check out early and need a last minute booking. I would describe the hotel as a comfortable, no frills hotel with great service/team and fantastic location right in the center of town.

The single room is tiny and a bit depressing BUT it’s cheap!

The hotel is located right in the heart of Como and it's easy to move around from there. The overall looks of the hotel is getting little bit old-fashioned, however everything was functional and the service was good.

It was a bit a of a long walk to the room, we had to take an elevator and after that still stairs down but we were escorted by staff at our arrival also carrying our luggage for us which was nice.

the staff was very professional, cordious and helpful. I first booked the hotel for a week before. I could not get there with GPS’ direction. the staff and hotel manager patiently talk to me, found out where I was, and give me ride to the property. they provided me very detailed directions for the next few days of my stay. so, I did not have any problem traveling back and forth from the hotel to the city center. the hotel room was very clean with friendly design and storage cabinets. The bathroom is very nice and friendly also. so, U decided to come back here again this week.

I like the staff here, the cleanness, the newer looking, and the very affordable price. with the metro services, it is easy to get the city center.

Just perfect!!! Location is in the perfect place, city center- 5 min to Como lake, around restaurants, and train station. Everything looks like in the pictures. The accommodation was clean, towels were provided, ac is working. Fresh breakfast served - 13 eur per person. After checking out there is a possibility to leave Lagguages and enjoy the city. Super polite and helpful staff explain every detail about visiting places, transport, etc. Enjoy every minute of staying. Thank you so much! Sending greetings- 306 room. 🤗💖
