Very efficient staff. I appreciate the fact that concierge was able to get me a Taxi (while we were having a problem getting one, even uber) for our lunch outside of town. They also booked us a private boat tour, which was superb. They also took care of our Airport Transfers for our departure. Hotel is also strategically located, right in the Duomo and all the shops / restaurants.

We were disappointed with the Breakfast. Although a majority of the other choices were excellent, we can tell that the hot dishes on our first day (scrambled egg, sausage and bacon) were from the day before. It was obvious that they were not recently cooked. We don't think this was appropriate.

Attention to detail in service and amenities are exceptional. The hotel and restaurant staff were professional and friendly, and the food was very tasty.

The washroom tiles can become very slippery when wet, even with the towel mat, so be extra careful to not fall and use the washroom slippers.

The place is amazing! The location and the view from my window, the basilica, was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better. I was 2 minutes walk from Lake Como ferry station and there were very good restaurants around. It’s good for guests to know that the taxi can’t leave you really in front of the hotel because it’s a closed area for cars, but it’s just a few meters walk under covered sidewalk.

the location was amazing, the staff were friendly especially Daniela.

I would mention two things that could be improved to make it feel like a 5 star hotel, the bedding is a little rough on the skin softer sheets would be nice, the breakfast is slightly poor especially if you don’t eat pork.

Stunning renovation and finishes in the hotel. lovely thick large white towels, bath robes and slippers- just what I expect from this type of boutique hotel. Simple yet lovely breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Our room was on the corner first floor and had a beautiful view over the Duomo and towards the piazza. Double glazed windows meant it was very quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Nothing. if I am being picky, please put some small milks in the fridge for my in room tea making.

The location was perfect. Very nice decor. Quiet for sleeping. Small room but is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is wonderful. A lot of choice. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great stay in Lake Como.

There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel was amazing. I was so impressed with the room, it’s size and the bathroom. All wonderful. Breakfast was also great, good quality ingredients and a nice variety. I would highly recommend.

The bed was a little firm for me but if I was staying longer I would ask for an additional foam mattress topper and then it would be fine. I had an issue with the conditioner in the shower being empty and not realising until after I’d shampooed so it was quite irritating at the time to get out and wait for a refill. These are large bottles of product stuck to the wall so I did expect it to be full. And no apology for the inconvenience which I did expect.

Central location was convenient for the old town, but the room itself was very quiet, even with the crowded square and the cathedral immediately outside our window. Breakfast was very good, with a range of cereals, cold meats and cheese and cooked food to choose from. The staff were always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the town and surrounding area.

We didn’t have anything significant that we disliked.
