The location was perfect very central and super close to the Lake too! They also organised a boat trip for us which was the highlight of the trip! Breakfast was amazing and the room was very clean and modern. Special shout out to Diana who was on the front desk, she was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay :) We were always sad when someone else was on the front desk, that being said all the staff were friendly!! Would stay here again :)

The hotel is exceptionally well-located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The amenities are top-notch.The rooms are clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! I liked everything!

The staff is fantastic and that is what takes this hotel to a higher level. (The location is great too.) Matilda made a wonderful breakfast each morning and always greeted us with a smile. (Even when we arrived too early, she made sure we were taken care of.) Nicolette went above and beyond to make us feel valued as guests and her recall of everyone’s name is amazing! She gave us great advice for things to do and places to eat.

The parking garage is located a good distance away.

Friendly, helpful staff - incredible, actually. The breakfast buffet was just the right size with fresh avocado toast on offer, fresh pressed juice, and even a nice mimosa.

I had to move rooms after the first night because I had reserved at the last minute for 3 nights, but they offered to help me move and brought my friend and I a glass of prosecco to enjoy on the terrace for our trouble.

The location was great, close to the main street, restaurants and boats on the lake. The staff on reception were brilliant.So friendly and helpful.The waitresses at breakfast were fantastic and really went out of their way to give you a personal service.The rooms are very modern and the buffet breakfast is very nice.Comfy beds!

Nothing everything was great!

The hotel was great. The staff were particularly charming and helpful, from offering breakfast go bags as we rushed to make an early morning ferry to providing navigation help. We loved the location. A quick walk to the ferry and close to the heart of Como restaurants and shops. The room was small but well designed so comfortable and convenient.

The team were exceptional 😍 in particular Nicolette was wonderful attentive and funny and helpful. Breakfast was just amazing. Freshly prepared and served till 11.00am, perfect for us. The hotel only has 10 rooms so feels so private and exclusive. The location is 100% perfect for the city.

The only improvement I could suggest is … Nothing!! Perfect in every way.

Location is AMAZING! Right in the heart of Como and easy to get anywhere you want to go. Breakfast was beyond expectations and was in abundance. The front desk staff of both Nicoleta and Diana were welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to help with recommendations and continued to check in with our stay. Matilda in the kitchen/bar was a solid 10/10 along with all staff.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location (a few mins walk from the lake and transport services). The staff were very welcoming and so helpful (gave us ideas about how to organise and make the most of our visit). Customer service was faultless. The mobile phone for people to use during their stay is a fantastic idea and very very helpful.

The room had a heating and fan option but unfortunately no a/c setting so it does get a bit warm during the evening.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Just off one of the main shopping streets but still quiet, even during the day. Room was a good size, clean, and simply decorated. Bathroom was large with shower only. A very nice boutique hotel that is within walking distance of many landmarks, restaurants, shops etc.

Never did figure out the rain shower but managed with the other attachment. Mattresses were a little hard for my liking but everyone has a different opinion. TV only had Italian channels so unable to really watch when in room in the evening. Breakfast was very basic.
