Location was amazing. Just 10 min walk to train and lake and right next to cathedral and square. Property clean and as advertised

Nothing really. Had very limited self catering equipment (but when I asked for oven tray and tea towel was delivered in less than 5 mins). Superb hosts!

The decor and design are stunning—every detail is beautifully arranged, and the apartment looks even better in real life. The AC is fantastic and cools the place down perfectly, which made our stay super comfortable. The location is excellent, very well-placed and convenient for getting around. And the host was professional.

The only major issue with the place is the lack of an elevator, especially considering it's located on a very high floor. This made carrying luggage quite difficult. Another minor point is that there were only two pillows provided instead of four, which could be a small improvement for added comfort.

Great location and a really great sized apartment with everything you’d need. And the view of the duomo was great! Rachel and Elisabetta were really communicative too, and very friendly over message.

We couldn’t log in to any streaming services on the TV, which was unfortunate as we were planning to watch something before bed but couldn’t. Whenever we tried to connect to the wifi (even just on our phones) it seemed to only work for a second and then lose connection. The sofa bed was also quite noisy with any small movement. But other than that, it was a great stay.

These are in a great location , just 10 mins walk from the train station and Lake ferry terminal . Perfect location . Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk . The apartment was a nice size and simply but tastefully furnished . The staff are very helpful and respond to question promptly before arrival .

These apartments are not for those with mobility issues , lots of steps and no lift . But the biggest issue for us was the noise at night from the restaurant in the building and from other apartment users shouting at each other when going up and down the stairs .

The location of the apartment is perfect. On the first floor there was a good restaurant, so we did not think much where to eat something special. Apartment was clean and comfy.

It was a rainy day when we checked in, we arrived earlier and wanted to ask if it's possible to check in a bit early as it's raining heavily. No one answered our calls. At the same time the host kindly allowed us to check our later than was agreed on, we had time to explore Como without our luggage. That was very kind. Thanks for that.

Fantastic location, right behind the Duomo and minutes away from the lake front, many restaurants and all the nice things in the centre of Como. Impeccably clean flat, with new and powerful air conditioning. Lots of space. Comfortable beds, nice new bathroom with large shower cabin and complimentary toiletries. Super-responsive and kind host/owner - grazie ancora, Elisabetta!

The stairs leading to the mezzanine bed are a bit wobbly - not a major issue, but it could be a risk for small children or people with limited mobility.

A lovely loft apartment with lots of space, and a great location right in the middle of town. We really appreciated the fridge and all the facilities. 24 hour car parking was nearby and we could easily arrange to load and unload luggage at the property. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly to messages.

We did have a sudden storm that blew water up underneath the tiles and it leaked into the room. But staff were very helpful and quick in response: no harm done. :)

Loved the great central location, just a minute into town and the lake. It was very clean and comfortable. A very attractive apartment.

Our taxi driver dropped us off in the street, beside a big wooden door. This I assumed was the one we were instructed to, but it had no keypad. It was only after 10mins of panic that we realised it was the wrong door! Ours was the opposite door, at the restaurant entrance! I wish the restaurant had been mentioned in the instructions. And the door number 6 was obscured by fairy lights and vines.

The room is extremely clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is close to the harbor. It is located in a quiet street so the sleeping quality was good. There’s a restaurant downstairs and a nice cafe around the corner. We went to the cafe (Just Art Cafe) to have breakfast and the breakfast there is really nice. We met the cleaning lady the next day during check out and she was very friendly.

The location cannot be better! Centrally located only a few blocks from the lake and adjacent to several piazze, the apartment was quiet, comfortable and perfect for a short or long stay. Recommended!

Please note that if you have heavy luggage, there are no elevators and one must walk up several flights of stairs (at least in the building where we stayed). The restaurant on the ground floor and mezzanine, while lovely in design, is a tourist trap: overpriced with blaring music and poor service. I have lived and worked in Italy for more than 15 years and this restaurant is bay far one of the poorest in terms of food and service.
