The property is very well located - 5 min walk from Como Lago train station and 10 min walk to ferries station. The apartment was specious, very clean and quite. It looks exactly like in the pictures. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The bathroom had all needed amenities. There is a shared kitchen at the property which is well equipped. In there, the breakfast is served. If needed, the luggage can be left at the property after checkout. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money!

Everything is clean and neat with all the facilities you need for your stay. The room is large with a noce bathroom.The place is cosy and very close to the lake. The parking for the car is good and safe. Breakfast was good with a coffee machine always available. Federica is a very nice, welcoming and a helpful person.

There light entered easily inside the room in the morning, needed a kind of isolation. But all of the rest is good and even better than an expensive hotel.

The central water boiler was in our room and it was a bit disturbing. It was operating anytime when other residence using the hot water during night and early morning.

Clean and comfortable space! Aside from our private room and toilet, there is a cosy shared dining space and kitchen too. Really considerate that the host prepared snacks, breakfast and fruits. Great to have food after a tiring journey and a convenient place to rest. The place is walking distance to the lakeside area to take ferries and also to take the como-brunate funicular. Host was very friendly and kind, we appreciated that for our check-in, she came early and waited for us even though we were delayed due to long bus waiting time.

We were sent a WhatsApp to confirm arrival time, met outside by Federica, and taken inside. The room was huge and clean. We had plenty of space for luggage, and a sofa bed so we had a bed each. Federica set the table for breakfast the night before, with packaged food, yoghurt, milk and juices in the fridge and a coffee machine. She also brought fresh bread and croissants in the morning. The location was really close to the lake and a supermarket, as well as lots of restaurants.

The shower cubicle could have done with being slightly bigger but that’s all!

Close to train station, buses and the lake all 5 min walk, the cathedral 10 min walk, lots of restaurants near by. The rooms spotless clean and a good choices for breakfast

Just one small criticism, we were there 3 nights an extra bath towel would been great, but apart from that there wasn't anything else to complain about

The host, Federica and Michele were so lovely and helped us a lot during our stay. The room and the bathroom were huge and with the extra sofa in the room, 4 people easily can stay there. I'm a bit obsessed with cleanliness and I should give 10 out of 10 for this!!! The room was very close to the centre and especially ferry station, where you can easily access to the Como ferry (Belaggio, Menaggio, Varenna etc) also very close to the Funiculare. We particularly enjoyed the area around funiculare , near the sea side, with lots of restaurants and cafes. The only tiny thing is breakfast could be a little better with maybe some more breads and other fresh varieties, however with rich coffee and tea options we were totally fine. I would definitely recommend this place and would like to come back again some time :)

Great location - just 5 minutes to the center and promenade , great hosts- really warm welcome You can buy parking lot for 15 EUR day , The room was clean . Breakfast was good , with fresh pastry and croissants. We can really recommend to stay in the facility .

The water heating boiler in the room was really noisy- we were lucky , the guests from other flat have not used the hot water during night . The room is a bit dark, especially when the wheather is cloudy.

It's in very good location. Room was really nice and clean, private parking was available for extra 15€ charge. Owners are very kind and friendly. Place is really great🙂

I would like to have something fresh for breakfast, vegetables, cheese, ham etc. We had Juice, yoghurt, sweet croissants and many many different muffins and pasteries. Also fruits were available.

Location was ideal 5mins from como lago Station, 25min from como san giovanni. 5 min walk to lake. Host was so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great cereals fruit yogurts pastry all provided . Access to kitchen at all times was so helpful
