Perfect location. Very friendly personal. The breakfast is very good. The parking for the cars in private, big and with easy access. Everything was perfect!

The location was where I needed it to be: near the regional train station that accessed the Malpensa Express via a transfer in Sarona. It was a short walk along a quiet street to the lakefront restaurants, funicular, bus station, and ferry docks further towards the main rail station. The edge of the old city was about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. You can arrange for breakfast the day before. The room I had was a little small, but there was adequate space for my 2 suitcases and carry-on bag, and it had a small refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable for this very tired tourist. The hotel had easy access for my luggage, and has the very important elevator! A must have for my hotel choices!

Hidden gem. Very close to the lake and excellent location to explore Como. Exceptional staff. We forgot a passport in the room and the team not only reached out to us but made sure we get it back as fast as possible, helping finding out how to best send it home to us.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It is excellent in its three star category. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable. Bathroom very good. A good night’s sleep.

What a find! An absolutely lovely little hotel, within a 5 minute walk of Lake Como and restaurants, bars and boat rides.The staff were brilliant, and the room was spacious as was the walk-in shower. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was varied and plentiful - continental plus boiled or scrambled eggs, etc. The car park was secure and tucked away off the main street. English is spoken very well, which we appreciated! We would definitely like to visit again!

Honestly everything was amazing! Well located, super friendly and helpful hotel staff, very clean rooms that have everything you need, nice little terrace to sit outside and on the last floor, there is a little seating area if you go all the way up through the stairways

We have really enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helped us with a map of the city Como. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great view. There are more than enough parking space and it wasnt too hard to find the hotel with a car. Its located only couple of minutes from the city centre. If we ever decide to visit Como again, then we are choosing this hotel again

Very clean property, in a good location only if you come by car, and you need a parking. Having a secure parking space while you can reach Como lake and the old centre by walking for less than 10 minutes is the main asset of this hotel. Also, the personnel is friendly, mainly the young lady serving the breakfast and the young boy during the night shift were extremely kind. Thank you!

The rooms are basic, quite small and basic amenities.
