I have no complaints about the accommodation. The rooms were new and nice. There’s a bus to the center of Como right in front of the hotel, and it takes just 10 minutes to get there. A big plus is the large supermarket nearby, which adds to the great local experience. The area is quiet and peaceful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was very good – it's not a large hotel, so there weren’t hundreds of options, but everyone found something they liked. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job – everything was always clean and tidy. I also recommend walking up the hill with the tower next to the hotel – from there, you get a stunning panoramic view of the entire city of Como.

The ice machine wasn’t working, and my boyfriend missed having bacon with his scrambled eggs.

The hotel is great in terms of location, price and cleanliness. The bus station is a few steps from the hotel entrance and it's not a long trip to the city center. Everything was impecable, with the room being cleaned almost every day - the towels and sheets changed, the garbage removed etc. The bed was confortable, the room spacious and quiet.

I have to say that the only thing that bothered us during our stay was the attitude of the person who handled the breakfast area. She made a lot of noise with the plates and the chairs as if the guests were not really welcomed. At some point, she took a spoon from the buffet (used by the guests to put food on their plates) and she pushed the trash can with it - at the end, she put the spoon back. This kind of behaviour cound reflect bad on the hotel which is, in fact, a wonderful accommodation.

We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience at B&B HOTEL Como Baradello. The room was clean and comfortable offering a welcoming environment. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and sociable, always greeting guests with a genuine smile. Additionally, the hotel's location is highly convenient. It is situated very close to both the bus stop and the train station, which made getting around extremely easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to other travelers seeking quality accommodation and excellent service. I originally booked one person per room instead of two by mistake, but the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating. He quickly sorted it out for me and only charged an extra 40 euros for all three nights, including breakfast – which I really appreciated! The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The bed was quite large and comfortable. Next time, I might ask for an extra pillow, but that’s a minor thing. Another big plus: the bus station is right outside the hotel, and it takes approximately 25 minutes to get to Como town centre by the lake – very convenient! Overall, a great stay!

Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is ok if you catch the bus on time. Railway station is a 10/15 minute walk away. Be prepared in the heat it is a very hot walk.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room plus you could not have free coffee in reception. You had to pay for it from a vending machine.

Good size rooms for the price you pay, the bus stop is right outside and 2 busses that take you straight to the Lake. Como Camerlata station is a 13 minute walk. It’s a basic Travelodge equivalent hotel but very good for the price and the staff were all very lovely and helpful. There is a pizza and Kebab place 2 mins walk, supermarket 4 mins walk away. Would definitely go back here.

A nice little hotel not far away from the Como lake and the port where ferries depart. As a family group of five, we ended up doing a road tour around the lake, so we didn't spend any time in Como. But the hotel was perfect for an overnight stay and fairly close to the Malpensa airport and Milan.

Parking on the pavement didn't seem fully legitimate, but there were other cars around.

Everything was great. Attentive staff, cosy modern room with large bathroom and everything you need. Very decent breakfast. There were doubts with the parking, as on Booking.com they write that it does not exist. But parking nearby on the street is not a problem at all.

It would be nice if the hotel can offer arranging Taxi or shuttle to bring pick up customers from Camerlata train station as taxis where not available and we had to walk all the way with our heavy luggages.

It’s good for the value and perfect if you have a car and want to get around lake comp area. It was clean and nice. Exactly what we were looking for.

The area especially at night is a bit shady in my view. But since we were not there to explore night life we had a great stay
