The room was big and well equipped. We ask for an electric oven and they gave us one without complains. The bed is very comfy

Big and comfortable room, very close to the center. We checked in a really hot day, and the air conditioning was already on when we got in. This small deatail tells a lot.

We rent the garden deluxe room next to the reception. Although there was a sign on the door "Garden ROOM", other guests knocked our door twice asking about their check outs... First time was 6 a.m.... I understand that this has nothing to do with the hotel, but maybe a sign "Garden GUEST room" will work better so people dont think this is stuff room

Loved the location! Friendly staff and very accommodating! The bed was comfortable and clean! The room was perfectly suited for a couple and or in my case my sister and I. Thank you very much!

The WiFi connection wasn't very strong in our room and the shower leaked a bit.

The Hotel was approximately a straight 25 minutes stroll from the train station. Easy and straight forward wheeling the suitcases. On the main road opposite Lidl, perfect for groceries and wine. We were not disturbed by the traffic noise. The location of the Hotel was perfect for the old town of Como and the Harbour. Each time we took a different route in and back and was no longer than 25 minutes each time of walking and site seeing. The beautiful boutiques to window shop in passed the time to reach the squares adored with coffee stops and soak in the ambience of beautiful Como. The room was incredibly spacious, classy, comfortable, immaculately clean and well equipped with everything you would need to sleep well, shower and get ready for the day and evening. Plenty of storage and wardrobe space, mirrors, tea coffee facilities (purchase your own items) and mini fridge for wine and milk. There was a large fridge in the main corridor with free bottles of water to help yourself. A great touch. The Hotelier was amazingly friendly and helpful. His english was great. Our luggage was stored securely and safely during out day of departure as had a late flight. We were given access to an available room to change in ready for our journey home. My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience in Como and will defintely be returning to this Hotel again in the future. I do not often leave reviews, but really had to express how much I was impressed with this facility. Give it a try and I assure you will not be disappointed.

To be honest, I cannot think of one negative about this incredibly hotel.

Location was great, 10 min walk to the train station and 17 min walk to the city centre, dock station. Very friendly staff with useful information. Room was small but comfortable for couple of days stay.

Room a bit smaller than expected but still clean. The only thing to mention are ants in the apartment.

Very nice room, with an equally nice outdoor area. The bed is very comfortable, and the location is in a quieter area but very close to the centre of Como. The service was quick and very easy at check-in/check-out.

I liked the location, the room had everything you needed, dishes, kettle, own refrigerator, bathroom, comfortable beds. The staff is friendly. There is also a supermarket across the street nearby. there is a lake in 10-15 minutes on foot.

Unfortunately, there was no kitchen towel or paper napkins to make it very convenient for visitors. I also didn't like the fact that there was garbage inside one nightstand, namely cigarette ash.

I had very nice experience with this hotel. I was on business trip and because of issues, I was not able to reach my booked hotel. So I decided to stay in Como. I was booking 30 minutes before closing time. Personal was very nice and waited for me even when already closed. I appreciate very much. Also the room was fine.

It is located 15 min walk time from the waterfront. Right across Lidl and next to parking. What is important, that room windows face inside, into a nice garden, so it is cozy and quiet. We came by train and it took 11 min walking time to reach the place. When I come by car next time, I will come over to the place. Next, the hosts. It is a tiny hotel, so only a few folks running this place. Makes it easier to communicate as they do care about the guests. I had a couple of asks, and both were nicely accommodated (Thank you again!). Just male sure to let them know when you are arriving.

In general, we came for just one night, so we needed to get some rest before the long journey. The room itself was clean, and the staff was very friendly. We got a bit cold during the night, but luckily there were blankets in the wardrobe 😃

It was cold, it would have been good if there was at least some tea to warm up.
