The location is great, in the heart of old city, just near restaurants and coffee shops, a few walking minutes away from Como Lake. Parking available (not free but very convenient, the host even obtained a ZTL permission for us to reach the location) Very good communication with the hosts and clear instructions for self check in. The apartments I booked were situated on Street Armando Diaz at no 58, in a nice historic building. There are two locations in Como, on the same street one at no 58 and the other at no 86 (be aware when booking, especially if you need more than one apartment). We had the apartment with terrace (a shared one with anothe apartment) situated on the second floor with bo elevator.

The kitchen furniture and the shower cabin need refurbishment. We had some issues with the AC and we were told that the technician would come the second day, but never appeared (luckily the weather was friendly with us and it wasn’t a big problem). The lack of elevator wasn’t a problem for us, but I don’t remember being specified anywhere or reading about this before booking. A coffee machine would have been a plus (maybe the hosts will consider adding one in each apartment).

Incredible location. So many shops and cafes and restaurants, but really quiet at night. My room was next to the civic centre and classical music was playing in the day which I could hear from my bed, which was absolutely magnificent. 12 mins walk from the lake. Parking was a little down the road, and very useful. Kitchen was well stocked and there was lots of storage. I didn’t see a coffee maker. A nice stove top espresso maker would have been fab.

The air con couldn’t be turned down lower than 23, and in the 38 degree heat, I could have done with it being a bit cooler. But otherwise, it’s ideal. I got a parking ticket, and Juliet was incredibly helpful and managed to get the ticket cancelled for me, which was such a relief!

I loved the location , everything was within walking distance. The apartment was cute and clean and comfortable. The garden area with tables and seating was very cute and nice. Didn’t stay long enough to use it. But would definitely stay here again!

No elevator, which they can’t do anything about. Just pack light for hauling up your suitcase 3 flight of stairs. Our apt was on second floor, but US ground floor is 0 and 2nd floor is 1st floor here. And it’s like 3 parts to each flight of stairs in between floors. Don’t let that deter you from booking this cute apartment. Just pack light. I didn’t, wish I knew before. Also it would be nice to get two keys, it is so difficult with one set of keys when it’s more than one, because the main door has to be opened with the keys and with no elevators it makes it difficult.

Location is very good. But there can be loud noises on the street in early hours or late evenings . So if you are a light sleeper this may not be a good idea.

Noise , and the amount of keys we have to haggle with to get in and out. Seriously like 3 keys at different doors. It can be a little confusing to get to your place if you are not actively reaching out to the host and making sure you have the right building as the office is in a separate building and unattended as the manager is going around in the buildings .

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location—within walking distance of all the main attractions, with restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to access and beautifully maintained, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Vanni, was incredibly kind and helpful. He stayed in touch, offered great tips, and really made sure we were taken care of. You really couldn’t ask for more! When we return to Venice, we’ll definitely want to stay at Vanni’s place again!

Loved the location. It is a 2 minute walk to the waterfront where you can walk along the promenade all the way to the Old Fortress. The view of the Ionian Sea, marina and the Old Fortress is outstanding. It is also a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Corfu Town where all the shops and restaurants are located. The apartment was very clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and like the fact of having a washing machine. Jenny are host was excellent. She was very responsive to all our questions. She was also eager to provide any local information. She made our 5 night stay in Corfu more enjoyable.

The location was fantastic, I enjoyed walking the streets local to the property at all times of the day. I liked the mini kitchen, it was well-equipped and allowed me to stay comfortably. The room was large and I had plenty of space to dance about (not that I do that of course!). The bathroom was good for the needs as well and the value of the room was excellent.

My only criticism was the bed, it was getting to that time of the year when some of the nights were a little bit cold and I would have liked more than just a sheet to sleep with. I tried exploring the cupboards to find a duvet but couldn't spot one. I didn't meet any members of staff due to the keyless entry.

The apartment was in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of all the key sites in Como and conveniently close to the train station. The reception team was outstanding in their communication, always providing prompt and helpful responses to all my queries. A special thanks to Martina for her constant availability and exceptional assistance—her support truly made our stay more enjoyable and will definately be back to enjoy Como and Residence Diaz again.

The hotel was in a pleasant district that felt safe, even in the evening, and was within walking distance of the harbor. Our room was in the attic, but it was spacious with a modern, clean bathroom. There was also a small area for cooking, equipped with a kettle, plates, glasses, tea bags. and a moka pot. There was also a vending machine and coffee machine on the first floor, which could be convenient for guests checking out early.

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, so we had to wait a while until a staff member arrived. However, a big advantage was that we were able to leave our bags earlier, which was extremely helpful!

The property is not fancy but it has all you need. Who is really there to stay in a hotel room. The beds were comfortable. The showers hot and we had AC. The room had a kitchenette as well if you wanted to make or heat up food. The staff was helpful. The front desk clerk helped call us a taxi. Gave up cafe recommendations. We were in that area for 8 days. This was my favorite bed. Also it is a 12 walking minutes from the ferry port. But only a few steps from shops and places to eat.
